Continuity mistake: When Artie tries to walk with crutches after the "step dance" practice with Tina, he falls down violently. Immediately after the fall, the crutch is still attached to his left arm, which is angled away from his body. In the very next shot, the crutch is almost a foot away from his arm, which lies now at a different angle. (00:10:05)

Continuity mistake: At the school assembly, Mary plays the keyboard. She raises one of her hands in the air, then puts it back down - but in the next shot, it's up again.

Continuity mistake: After Cassandra says that she put something rotten (ham?) into Hilary Faye's locker, Hilary Faye is seen with her turtleneck over her face. Cassandra pulls it down a bit, but in the next shot it is up again and looks unchanged.

Continuity mistake: In the restroom, after Cassandra finds out that Mary really is pregnant, she hugs her. In the wide shot, Mary's face is in another position than in the close-up shot.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Sirius lies at the lake and Harry kneels next to him, Sirius seems unconscious, then opens his eyes in terror as he sees the Dementors. However, in the very next shot, which shows the two from above, his eyes are suddenly closed and there's no sign of movement in his face. Too big a change, too fast. (01:38:45 - 01:42:50)

Continuity mistake: After Frodo has been wrapped in the spider web, Sam tries to rescue him and frees his face. In the next shots, the web is sometimes over Frodo's chin and sometimes under it, although no one touched it. (01:52:35)

Continuity mistake: After Neo has been blinded, his eyes and everything around them is burned and red. Right after the fight, when Trinity sees him blind for the first time, his eyes (or eyelids) are grey, and only the rest is red. (00:56:55 - 00:57:40)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where the bad guys ask John Hannah about the bracelet of Anubis (and he has no idea what they're talking about), they throw him on a chair, and one of the guys in red holds a knife to his throat. In the shots from the front, he also grabs John Hannah's hair with his other hand, in almost all of the shots from behind, he doesn't. (00:25:50)

Continuity mistake: When Edward Norton shows the photo of himself, Jake and Anna as kids to the guy at the bar, he holds it with one hand in the wide shots (using his other hand to point at it), but with two hands in the close-up shot.
