Continuity mistake: When Barnes and the SWAT team reach the Annex Skywalk, they get on the moving sidewalk. Before the terrorist stops the moving sidewalk by pressing the button, the sidewalk is already stopped, even though the light was still green at the time.

Continuity mistake: When Danny and Tony get ready to fight, Tony has his hands up in "fighting position." When his brother lands on Danny's back, Tony drops his hands to his side. The next shot where there is a close-up of Tony, he has his hands up in the "fighting position" again.

Continuity mistake: With Vaughn pitching in game 121 (current record 60-60), he gives up a walk and then a double (according to Harry Doyle). Then he gives up the three-run homerun to Heywood - runners are shown running from first and third, and the guy from first is in a full sprint, which wouldn't happen on the shot that Heywood hit.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Lamar is throwing the javelin, you can see the scoreboard for the games. The Tri-Lambs currently lead the games with 10 points (which was after the tricycle race), but at that part of the movie, the Alpha Betas currently led and had at least 40 points. Continuity mistake: In the scene where the 54th is on parade, Shaw commands "eyes right" and looks to his right and points his sword down to the right. Then the next shot is a brief shot of his parents and then when they return to Shaw, his sword is pointing up in the normal marching position. There was no audible command to stop saluting.

Continuity mistake: In the scene with Buzzsaw, after Richards ties the rope around a metal spike, Buzzsaw flies off his bike and lands face down. When Richards approaches Buzzsaw, he is still face down. Then when Richards starts to reach down to grab the chainsaw, Buzzsaw's arm comes up to choke Richards and he is now lying on his back. Richards would have reacted quicker, since Buzzsaw would have had to flip over on his back to grab Richards.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Fletch is in the chief's office, he get thrown up against the wall of pictures. There are two pictures over his left shoulder and the top picture drops to the floor. After cutting to the chief and then back to Fletch, the picture is back on the wall making it two over Fletch's left shoulder. (00:45:20)

Continuity mistake: When Jack and Annie arrive in the ambulance, as Jack leaves the ambulance he closes the side door. However, when Annie gets bored and gets up to leave the ambulance via the same exit that Jack did earlier, that door is now open.
