Visible crew/equipment: When Joey walks into Monica and Rachel's apartment to tell the gang he didn't get the part thanks to the bag, as he approaches the couch you can see the end of the stage over Joey's right shoulder. (00:21:15)

The One With The Ballroom Dancing - S4-E4
Revealing mistake: During the end bit, before we get to see Phoebe when she is being interviewed at Lara and Jeni's Massage, if you look closely at the name of the massage parlor, you'll see that, although the camera shakes and bumps, the words stay on the very same spot on the screen. Obviously the canopy was blank and the name was digitally added later.

Visible crew/equipment: After the gang leaves Rachel's room, right after she asks Joey "Are they right?", if you look above Joey's head, for a split of a second you will see a boom mic. (00:09:25)
