Continuity mistake: At the beginning of the episode, Kate is sitting at Bruce's desk. In front of her as the camera closes in there's a newspaper, and it is slightly raised because it overlaps a packet of letters. A few seconds later Kate puts down the black card, and the newspaper, which she has not touched, is sitting perfectly horizontal on the desk. (00:02:10)

Continuity mistake: In bed with the barista at the beginning of the episode, Kate puts her hand on her back. She says "I heard she's doing Batman" and Ruby Rose's hand is on her bare skin; reverse angle and you have the hand on the sheet that suddenly covers her. Next shot and the hand is on her neck, with hair rearranged accordingly. (00:01:50)

Character mistake: In his drug-induced stupor, Dodgson thinks he is talking to Alice and says that "She" does not know about Mouse, 'She' being Batwoman. Because, again, he is supposed to be talking to Alice. But his last line is that 'She' has big plans for him, and that would be Alice. (00:25:00)

Character mistake: Batwoman does everything she can to rescue the elevator falling down after the villain detonates the bomb, but does nothing for the second one Tommy blows up to make her lose her footing when she is vulnerable. There is no message from Luke telling her anything, and she is not shown having a HUD with thermal readings or something like that, so there is simply no reason why she would risk everything to stop one elevator and completely ignore the fate of the next one which could be full of civilians as well.

Stupidity: The access to the Batcave is controlled by a mechanical lock with no security measure whatsoever. Not just that, but the butler guy even moves the key away putting it 3 inches away right next to the lock, making it all the more conspicuous because the lock this way is exposed and revealed as such! It even looks 'wrong' from a purely aesthetic point of view, nobody would have an odd hole in their shelf that makes the furniture look cheap and broken, it would be anyone's natural instinct to cover up something like that. Continuity mistake: When Kate is writing the diary entry for Bruce, in the close-up the written part is taking barely half of the page, while in the overhead shot it is taking way more - the last lines being presumably actually scribbled by Ruby Rose have a much wider spacing. (00:40:20)

Continuity mistake: The hair on Sophie's cheek as she stares at Batwoman after landing on top of her and is in kissing range is parted in locks that move and differ across shots in noticeable way (for instance when Kate pulls the gag off her mouth there's a very thin one curling to her lips, but it's a thick lock right after). Continuity mistake: When Alice is talking to Jacob Kane with Sophie on the plank, she says "Can your little birdie fly?", holding the radio with all fingers straight and on the side of the device. Cut to "For if she moves an inch..." and her fingers are curled, with the pinkie at the bottom. (00:33:15)

Revealing mistake: In the Batcave, the protagonist looks at the newspaper clipping about the death of her mother. The rightmost column has a headline "Children traumatized after ride of terror", and a sign ("by Lucy Moguire"). And yet, it begins like this; "With the population of the planet ever increasing, so does the demand on Earth's resources." It's a lazy copy and paste by the prop department, putting some global warming report as filler text. (00:27:40)
