But he was seen in the previous shot exhaling his last breath in front of it, with no contact at all with the wooden leg. And as crude as the chalk outline on the bathroom floor is, it is more consistent with that sort of distance and position. (00:00:50 - 00:06:50)

Continuity mistake: As Miss Fisher gulps down her stiff drink thanking Butler the butler, she holds her hand in her lap all bent and twisted in a quirky claw shape. There was no indication of it in the previous shot, where she was simply rubbing her thumb. (00:06:35)

Continuity mistake: As they are waiting for the events to unfold at the bank in Church street, Miss Fisher tells the constable to try and look natural. The poor nervous chap holds his hand on the lapel of the coat at a different height between shots. (00:48:30)
