Trivia: Schulz created the characters of Snoopy and Woodstock in the mid 1960s, but didn't name Woodstock until June 1970 - he had been to Woodstock festival in 1969 and acknowledged that he took the name from this. The festival's logo shows a bird perched on a guitar, similar to the way Woodstock perched on Snoopy.
