Revealing mistake: As Jaime starts 'cutting' along the window with her bionic fingernail, the precut outline is quite visible from the sides, and her left hand is resting on the ledge of the first hole she cut, to give her leverage. Continuity mistake: As hairdresser Bob is washing Jamie's hair in the sink, the shampoo coverage changes between shots. During the closeups, he never touches her forehead and ears but in the wide shots, her head is completely doused.

Revealing mistake: Bigfoot's face should be covered in hair, like the legendary Sasquatch, but is instead poorly covered in patches of black, with streaks around his eyes, the tip of his nose, and his lower cheek, And no paint on his white lips. Other mistake: Due to her bionics, Jamie has the ability to leap up 1 or 2 stories of a building or balcony. However, in the episode with the spacesuit, near the end, the astronaut has launched about 40-50 feet in the air, which is roughly 4-5 stories, but Jamie is somehow able to leap up high enough to grab onto the cable and deactivate his suit. Revealing mistake: When the senator and his wife are trapped under the rubble, she is holding a burning candle, it looks like there are flames coming from her thumb. An obvious reflection off either the camera lens or that the candle is safely inside a glass tube so that she doesn't burn her hand.

Revealing mistake: Jamie prepares to split a giant heavy log in two, with her bionic arm, so that it will fit into her fireplace. Just as her arm comes down, you can see the middle seam where the log was pre-cut for the shot, so that it easily breaks in two. (00:00:30)
