Continuity mistake: When Michael is stalking the hospital corridors there is a scene when he hides in the baby unit and is observing the Head Nurse berate Nurse Karen for being late again. The scene switches back and forth between a close up of the two nurses talking to a shot from Michael's perspective of them from inside the baby unit. In the close up the Head Nurse's body is facing Karen, from Michael's perspective her body is facing towards him on the other side of the nurse station. (00:30:20)

Continuity mistake: When Dewey and Gale enter the house party Dewey jokingly takes a bottle of beer off a party goer then gives him it back. The bottle is back in Dewey's hand again when he speaks to Tatum. (01:03:40)

Continuity mistake: After Casey has been stabbed in the chest she falls down and the killer gets on top of her, before he can stab her again she knocks the knife out of his hand and the killer instead starts to strangle her. Continuity mistake: When Mulder and Scully are arguing outside the hospital, after meeting Billy and Peggy, there is a woman in a red coat, behind Scully, who gets out of her car and then vanishes between shots. (00:19:30)

Continuity mistake: Throughout the scene when Dane, Lucas and Julie meet Creepy Carl for the first time, Carl is wearing a red diamond-shaped pendant on a chain around his neck, which is sometimes tucked under his shirt and sometimes hanging over it, depending on the shot. (00:44:26)

Continuity mistake: When Maya and Jurgis arrive at Mahogany's apartment building, in order to search for evidence, it is night time. However, once they start searching his apartment, Mahogany arrives back home and you can see daylight outside his apartment windows. (00:59:31 - 01:02:55)

Continuity mistake: At one point, when Leon is fighting with Mahogany on the train, there is a shot of blood dripping off a knife onto Leon's face. This blood later vanishes. (01:20:02 - 01:21:19)

Continuity mistake: Throughout the film we see Mahogany attack people with his hammer and blood will spray everywhere however Mahogany stays mostly or even totally clean. A good example of this is when Leon follows him onto the train and there is a shot of Mahogany, seen through a train door, repeatedly striking a victim with his hammer and blood is spraying all over him. He's totally clean a couple of shots later however. (00:51:12)

Continuity mistake: When Otto is talking to the old lady in her home he finishes the conversation and then puts the tea cup to his lips for a drink. Then cut to a new angle (as the woman's young family members enter her home) and suddenly Otto is holding the tea cup in his lap. (00:42:40)

Continuity mistake: In the close-up shot of the gunpowder casket on fire it is located on a relatively dry spot of the raft and is in partial sunlight however when the shot changes, for Aguirre to pick it up and throw it off the raft, you can see the area is now slightly submerged and no longer sunlit at all. Continuity mistake: After the scene when Aguirre and his men raid the cannibal village they get back on the raft. Aguirre approaches Ursua, lying injured next to his wife, and stares him down. Ursua's wife then stands up to Aguirre and grabs his arm. The shot then changes to a different angle and suddenly the horse appears behind Aguirre so that he can walk into it unexpectedly as he turns around. (00:53:30)

Continuity mistake: When the soldier finds the other soldier dead, having been hanged from a tree by Indians, he panics and flees. Between shots the halberd weapon he was holding vanishes. (00:22:59)

Continuity mistake: During the opening scene of the film we see two boxers fighting in Julian's boxing club. The fighter in red trunks knocks out the one in blue trunks and is announced the winner. Two men then come into the ring and, between shots, we see them pick up the loser off the floor twice. (00:02:51)

Continuity mistake: When Angela runs Maria over in the truck, the truck hits Maria, and she falls under it, then the truck takes a few more seconds to stop. Angela steps out the truck's cabin and walks around to the front of the truck to find Maria dead and sticking out in front of the truck, when she should be underneath it. (00:02:32)

Continuity mistake: When Voltan approaches the monastery on his horse to deliver Hawk and the others an ultimatum, the Abbess goes outside to listen and it is night time. However, in every shot of Voltan speaking to them it is day time. (01:07:32)
