Annie (1999)

Continuity mistake: When Miss Hannigan, Rooster and Lily are singing "Easy Street" outside in the street, Miss Hannigan beats her fur shawl on the ground, and a large piece of fur falls off it. In the next shot, this piece isn't lying on the ground anymore. (00:50:55)

My Family (2000)

A Very Brief Encounter - S9-E3

Plot hole: In season 9 episode 3, "A Very Brief Encounter", Ben is upset when he learns that Susan named Nick, Janey and Michael after lovers she had in university. But in season 4 episode 6, "Deliverance", there was a flashback of Nick's birth and we learned that it was Ben who named the baby. He heard someone say the word "nickname" in the delivery room and named his son after that.

Plot hole: In the series we learn that these creatures take a lot longer than us humans to grow up and that they live a lot longer. They mention that the children are about 900 years old, so a grown-up would be more than 1000 (probably 2000). The series is set around our time (1990s/2000s) and Fjellrose and Erke are very old. Yet the film is set about 100 or 200 years ago, you can tell by the way the humans are dressed and the way their houses are built etc. So Fjellrose and Erke should still be grown up, but they are young children. If they are only 100 to 200 years younger, then they should be much older in the film or much younger in the series.

What to Wear When Yachting - S3-E7

Revealing mistake: At the beginning of the episode, when the TV repairman is at the door, you can see that the background behind him is a studio wall - not the front yard we normally see on that side of the house. This effect also appears in many other episodes.

Julie & Julia (2009)

Continuity mistake: The special mortar that Julia's husband gives her doesn't look the same as the one Julie sees in the kitchen display. It's indicated that it's the same one.

Character mistake: The Finnish businessman says something along the line of "As Scandinavians - we like her". Scandinavia includes Norway, Sweden and Denmark, never Finland (or Iceland); a Finn would know that.

Stranger at the Gates (Part 1 of 2) - S2-E3

Other mistake: In a previous episode ("A Breath of French Air") Ma explains to a french fisherman that she's used to cooking fish as the Larkins have both a pond and a river near their home. In this episode Montgomery complains that there is nowhere around for him to fish.

A Touch Of Frost (1992)

In the Public Interest - S14-E3

Audio problem: There's a scene where Frost and George are in the car. Frost's phone rings and you can hear both the ring tone and sounds of the phone vibrating against a surface. The problem is that when George is holding the phone in his hand it is still making very loud vibrating sounds, like it would if it was still lying on a surface. When you hold a vibrating phone in your hand it doesn't make noises like that.

Oh! To Be in England (Part 1 of 2) - S2-E1

Continuity mistake: When Mademoiselle Dupont is arriving in the car, Ma and Mariette are standing in the garden, holding their babies, John and Oscar, and waving at the car. Then Mademoiselle Dupont steps out of the car and they run to meet her. Mariette is still carrying John but Ma is no longer holding Oscar. He isn't sitting on the ground and no-one else is carrying him either.

Karl & Co (1998)

Show generally

Revealing mistake: In the episode "Den eneste rette", when Mrs. Frantzen is trying to seduce Karl, the scene ends with her climbing on top of him on the couch, trying to kiss him, while he tries to get away. Just before the scene cuts you can see the two actors move away from each other, smiling.
