Character mistake: When Gabby and Bree go to move Gabby's stepfather's car, they realise his car is a stick shift and Gabby says that she has driven a stick shift only once in high school. This is incorrect, as in season 7 episode 8, Gabby has to drive Hector's car home, which was also a stick.

Other mistake: Throughout the sixth season Eddie Orlofsky attends school with Porter Scavo, and Danny Bolen, witch means they must be close in age. However, in season 6 episode 20, it is revealed that Eddie was in high school the same time as Danielle. This does not make sense due to the fact that while Danielle was in high school, Porter and Preston were about 10.

Character mistake: Meredith states that she cannot remember the last time her and Derek kissed. Derek says that the last time was when they were still dating, but it was actually at the end of season two episode three, after Addison arrived in Seattle and Derek and Meredith had stopped seeing each other.
