Continuity mistake: When the helicopters return to base after capturing the warheads, it does a shot showing both of the helicopters coming from either side of the shot and landing. The next shot from the hangar however, shows one of the helicopters landing again.

Continuity mistake: When Swagger is fixing himself up in the FBI car, the amount of blood behind him keeps changing from shot to shot.

Continuity mistake: After the rescue pod has landed, the blonde girl starts reciting the Lords Prayer and her hands are down by her sides. In the next shot, she is now holding onto one of her jacket lapels and there wasn't enough time between shots for this to occur.

Continuity mistake: When Hauser picks up the Admiral, after the Brain Bug attacks them, she has no yellow alien blood on her as she's being pulled up, but when the shot changes, as she's standing up, she now has blood on her face and uniform.

Continuity mistake: When Bull goes to kiss the blonde girl, he gets close to her face to kiss her. The shot then cuts to one from behind and his head is significantly further away from hers.

Continuity mistake: When Rico and the rest of his squad are instructed to take off their clothes, there are two women either side of the fat soldier, and both have taken their shirts off, in the next shot however, the woman to his left is taking her shirt off again. (01:07:50)

Continuity mistake: When we go to the dig to uncover the Emperor's tomb, it shows his head statue being dug out and it's on an angle. A couple of shots later when Alex is stood in front of it, it's noticeably leaning further over than before.

Continuity mistake: When the group enters Shangri La, Alex runs down toward Zi Juan and the fountain. Before he gets there, we get to see wide shots from behind him of the ground to his left which is rocky with no path, and we also see that no-one is following, yet in the next shot from the front, Zi Juan's daughter appears instantly to block her mothers sword swing. There was simply not enough time between shots for her to accomplish this, and even if it were possible, her mother would have seen her approaching.
