Continuity mistake: When the Shreck baby pukes all over the elder, there is barf all over him. It cuts to the baby and back to the elder, and there is no barf on him. He couldn't have wiped it off that fast.

Continuity mistake: When Xerxes rips his nipple off he staples it back on. But when he tries to make a deal with Leonidas the staple is gone.

Continuity mistake: When Leonidas says, "The oracle also said our painted-on abs look fake," the fat guy is having abs painted on him, but when the Spartans are skipping, his abs are gone.
