Revealing mistake: Kristatos wants to run over Bond and Melina by boat, after he took the Atac. Bond and the girl swim to the sea floor, waiting till Kristatos is gone. You can see the (shadow of) the anchor hanging on the left side of the ship. But in the previous scene, you will notice the anchor is in the middle, on deck! And second: these kind of (speed)boats do not have an anchor attached below the water line, because it will reduce the speed. Conclusion: the underwater scene is fake.

Character mistake: At the boat where Bond talks with Colombo for the first time, Colombo has to convince Bond that Kristatos is the bad guy. Colombo takes two drinks and wants to toast with Bond. Bond will trust Colombo and says, 'Yassou' which means 'Hello' instead of what he should say, 'Jamas' which means 'Cheers'.

Continuity mistake: Because Ms. Moneypenny knows that Bond is having a meeting with M, she opens a drawer to use the mirror. She just wants to start putting on makeup, and Bond is entering her office. In the next shot, her lips are fully red.

Revealing mistake: When Bond and Melina are being chased in Melina's car, they are rolling upside down in a street of a small village. With help of some other people they tilt back the car on his wheels. At that moment you can see specially added roll bars mounted in the car to prevent the roof from crushing.
