Corrected entry: Near the end, part of Rick's glove gets torn off, exposing his ring. In the next scene, the glove is intact.
Correction: His glove is never back intact.
5th Apr 2008
Corrected entry: When The Hourglass attacks Rick's house, Jill disappears.
Correction: Jill does not disappear. She falls down. Due to the angle it was filmed, the top of the table appears to be covering her.

Corrected entry: At the end of the movie, Wall.E compacts the whisk from earlier in the movie into a cube. But, EVE broke the whisk and, yet, the whisk is completely intact later on.
Correction: There is no way to know this was the SAME whisk as he had a LOT of repeats. He had an entire box of forks and another of spoons. We know this because of the funny scene with a spork.

The One With Ross's Teeth - S6-E8
Corrected entry: Monica says her boss doesn't like her. But, at her restaurant, Monica is the head chef.
Correction: She still has a boss, namely the owner and/or daily manager of the restaurant.

Corrected entry: At the Orpheum finale, the chipmunks tear off their concert clothes, revealing them to be nude underneath. After that, they are captured by Ian and trapped in a cat carrier. Later, when they reunite with Dave, they are in their regular clothes. It's obvious that they didn't bring their regular clothes to the Orpheum and there's no way they could get them when they're trapped in a cat carrier or when they escaped.
Correction: They got the clothes from the pile of dolls that were next to them when they were put down.

Corrected entry: Speed drives the Mach 6 in the first two races. This is not possible because they don't build it until before the Grand Prix. And for clarification, the film does not begin at the Grand Prix. There are signs everywhere that say it is the Thunderhead Race.
Correction: There were 2 Mach 6 cars, the one driven in the first 2 races was crashed and destroyed in the 2nd race (after Speed was offered and turned down the corporate sponsorship).

Corrected entry: The place where Shrek knights the man appears in Shrek 2, when Fiona is looking for Shrek after she turns into a human. Only problem is, in Shrek 2, the window above the stairs was a regular window. In this movie, it's a stained glass window.
Correction: Plenty of time has passed between the movies to allow some redecorating to take place. Plus, according to this site's rules, discrepancies between two movies aren't considered mistakes.

Corrected entry: When Obi-Wan arrives at Kamino, when he walks through the door, the hallway goes straight on after entering. Later, when Obi-Wan is leaving, the hallway is curved.
Correction: When Obi Wan walks in, he looks to his left where a Kaminoan approaches -- the corridor is curved, not straight. The straight corridor is in the *next* scene outside Prime Minister Lama Su's chambers.

Corrected entry: When Magneto opens the locker door and smacks Peter, we can see that the lock is still on the door. How can the door open if it's locked?

Corrected entry: When Lyra first meets Ms. Coulter, Ms. Coulter's daemon is pinning Pan to the ground underneath the table. Shouldn't Lyra have felt this?
Correction: No. While it isn't explicitly spelled out in the movies, there's nothing in the film to contradict what is explained in the books: that it takes either a fair amount of concentration or extremes in sensation for one to feel what the other feels, see what the other sees, or hear what the other hears. Lyra is distracted by the charming Ms. Coulter, so she's not concentrating on Pan, and the golden monkey isn't applying enough pressure on Pan to gain Lyra's notice.

Corrected entry: For a woman who can't afford a $350,000 operation, she seems to have no trouble affording a first-class ticket across the ocean, having a helicopter ride her to her hotel, stay in a $3,000 a night hotel room, order everything on the menu every night, get snowboarding lessons, etc, etc.
Correction: When she found out that she was going to die soon, she withdrew all the money she had and spent it on those things. She decided to have fun before she died instead of having an operation.

Corrected entry: The size of the creature keeps changing. When we see it from the roof of the Time Warner Center, it is almost as tall as the skyscrapers around it. When it steps over Grand Central Station, it is barely taller than the station. When it attacks the helicopter, it's huge again but (SPOILER) when it kills Hud, it is much smaller. This can't be explained by saying it's not in the same position every time, because it is always on four legs. The only time it's on two legs is when it reaches up to attack the helicopter and before that it was walking on four legs and when it was, it was huge.
Correction: Actually, it's not in the same positions each time. The articulation of its limbs allows it to stand quite tall or to skulk at a much lower level, as needed (see special features on DVD). The creature was, of course, computer designed and controlled, and it was automatically kept 'in scale' with the CGI city around it. Any perceived variances are caused by the limits of our 2D viewing of what should be a 3D scene. Our view is 'flat', so that all depth is lost, and distances between objects difficult to judge, and thus, our perception of scale can be distorted.
Correction: Have you ever seen how a cat can curl into a ball or "cat loaf" then stretch out to twice the length? Or how a bear walking on all fours looks smaller then stands up on it's two back legs and looks huge? Probably a similar principal here.

Corrected entry: When Bo incorrectly assumes that Jimmy is gay, Jimmy says, "I'm not gay. Not that there's anything wrong with that". Obvious Seinfeld reference.
Correction: Not really. Seinfeld may have popularised the saying, but it's common enough.

Corrected entry: When Bumblebee upgrades to the 2009 Camaro, we see Sam getting into Bumblebee through the passenger side door. In the next shot, Mikaela is in the passenger's seat and Sam is getting in from the driver's side door.
Correction: No, we don't. We see Sam opening the door, then Mikaela goes past him and gets in. At no point do we see Sam start to get in through that door. Then we cut and Sam's getting in through the driver's door. Obviously, once Mikaela was in, Sam simply walked round and got in the other side.

Corrected entry: The shape of the creature's head keeps changing. When we first see its face, it has a large jaw and a human shaped head. When we see it at the end, its jaw is smaller, it has smaller teeth, its eyes have moved to the side of its head, and its head is more round.
Correction: If the creature is an alien. We have no idea of its specific biology, so even if the head does seem to change shape, there is every possibility that this could be a normal physical attribute to this kind of creature. a great many terrestrial creatures change their physical shape over the course of their lives. there is no reason an alien entity wouldn't be able to do the same thing in a much shorter period of time.
15th Apr 2008
Corrected entry: In addition to the creature's head changing shape, it changes size as well. When we see it from the roof of the Time Warner Center, it is half the size of the skyscrapers surrounding it. But when Rob, Beth, and Hud are running away from it, it is just barely taller than the house next to them. When it attacks the helicopter, it is huge again, but when it (SPOILER) kills Hud, it is much smaller.
Correction: The creature isn't in the same position every time -- sometimes it's on its hind legs, sometimes it's stooped on all fours -- which makes it difficult to gauge. But its size is consistent throughout the film.
3rd Apr 2008
Corrected entry: When Shrek and Fiona are meeting Fiona's parents for the first time, Shrek notices people in the crowd with pitchforks and weapons. But why did they bring them? They, like everyone else, didn't know Shrek and Fiona were ogres.
1st Apr 2008
Corrected entry: Having recently visited the National Archives, I find it amazing that Ben and Riley entered the Archives as much as they did. Entry to the National Archives requires waiting in a very long line which takes hours and getting into the rotunda where the Charters of Freedom are requires waiting in line as well. I don't think that Ben and Riley had that much time on their hands.

Corrected entry: Where's Morgan the whole end of the movie? She simply disappears after Giselle takes her shopping.
