Continuity mistake: When Michael starts to scrape the blue paint off the shell, he scratches across the blue band and you see a few scrape marks where the paint is gone and it's white, like the shell, underneath. In the close up, it's slowly scraping such a small potion of the paint off and you see it's yellow underneath now.

Continuity mistake: When Michael notices the accident report folder, the folder is touching the red candy basket. When goes to steal it by putting it under the basket, the folder is now further away.

Goliath Returns (2) - S2-E19

Continuity mistake: When Michael and Dr. Bergstrom get out of Goliath, the back door is still open. We see both get into K.I.T.T. at the same time since Bergstrom needs Michael's help walking on the hood. But once they're both in the car, the back door is closed and locked without Michael having a chance to. And if the door can close automatically or remotely, then it should have closed with Michael inside.

Continuity mistake: The red wagon has Bob's plumbing painted on the side of the driver's side door.When being chased by Michael Knight, the sign is missing. It reappears later when Doug is playing inside it.

Continuity mistake: When Michael picks up the locket and opens it, the way he holds it with his fingers changes in the close-up shot.

Continuity mistake: When Gina locks the door after Michael leaves, the close up of the lock is different than the one on the door. On the door, the top of the faceplate is right next to the deadbolt knob, but in the close-up there's a lot more space that you can't even see the top of the faceplate.

Continuity mistake: When Michael is getting Dr. Bergstrom out of Goliath, he steps onto K.I.T.T.'s hood and Bergstrom is to his right, in the next shot Bergstrom is to his left.
