Continuity mistake: After Chilli states his knee is messed up and he's going to sit out at the Sandpiper, Lou tries to jump into the van with the rest of them but hits the door and falls back. He lands next to a handicap logo on a parking spot, only his head and upper torso on the actual logo itself. It cuts to Anna snarking at him then back to Lou as he's getting up, and now he's fully on the handicap square. (00:58:55)

Visible crew/equipment: In several scenes and locations, including in the "War Room", the wedding rehearsal, and standing outside of The Sandpiper, Sable's glasses reflect some green screens and equipment from the film crew.

Continuity mistake: While Hoagie is suspended in a net in the tree, he tries to tell Sable which direction to go to get Jerry. Between far shots and closes ups of Hoagie's face, his head goes between being covered in rope to being emerged from a hole, always changing depending on the angle. (00:55:10)

Continuity mistake: Anna and Rebecca are sitting on a bench in the golf field holding glasses of wine when Jerry and three of the others ride by in a high speed golf cart chase. Anna stands up to shout at them and slings her glass, spilling most of her wine out. She then turns back around and the camera cuts, and now her glass is back to half full. (00:51:40)

Continuity mistake: Jerry takes off in a golf cart with three of the others in one as well chasing him. There is a slow motion shot of Jerry's golf cart flying through the air, with only one basket of golf balls in it, strapped to the back with a few of the balls flying out of it. However a few shots later, suddenly 2 more baskets appear on his cart, one in the seat beside him that he's holding, and one just sitting on the back of his seat with nothing holding it down. The one on the back of his seat would have fallen off long ago, especially in that jump. (00:50:50)

Continuity mistake: Earlier in the film, when Sable is introduced he is shown wearing his watch on his left arm. But later, when they are sneaking around in Jerry's house, his watch is on his right arm. Then a few moments later as Sable is discovering the items in Jerry's basement, his watch is back on his left arm, indicating that the previous shot was flipped. (00:15:00 - 00:31:50)

Trivia: When the other guys ambush Jerry at the Deer Hall, he starts narrating to himself as things happen in flashes of slow motion. This is a direct spoof/reference to the 2009 Sherlock Holmes movie where RDJ's version of the character does this same thing as he analyzes a fight or sequences, predicting the outcome. (00:24:45)

Continuity mistake: When the counselor tells Sable that he seems to really be focused on other dicks, Sable's left hand is up on top of his head. It cuts to a side angle and suddenly his arm is down resting on the couch's arm rest. (00:15:20)

Continuity mistake: Sable is with a counselor discussing if his wife is cheating on him, and he has his hand resting against the side of his face. When the counselor is writing down his comment about riding dicks, it cuts to a close up of him and then his hand is almost on top of his head. (00:15:15)

Continuity mistake: While Bob is in an interview as Hoagie in disguise, there is a recording device on the table almost right at the edge. But after Bob says "let's talk about diabetes", the device moves a significant distance closer to the center of the table. (00:03:15)

Continuity mistake: At the end of the janitorial job interview in the beginning of the movie, Hoagie leans over and drops a can into the trash as the other guy watches his arm. Hoagie is fully leaned over in one shot, but when it cuts to a close up before he says he's already begun, he's instantly sitting up straight with his arm still extended out and the other guy is suddenly looking right at him instead of his hand.
