Continuity mistake: When Mo-Mo flushes the spider out of the patient's ear, the amount of fluid in the syringe changes depending on the angle of the shot without him having used any yet. When facing Mo-Mo, the syringe is between 1/4 and 1/2 full, when facing the patient, the syringe is about 3/4 - completely full. The amount varies each time the shot is changed.

Other mistake: Prentiss pulls up to a bar and the shot shows her looking out of the car window. "BAR" is shown reflected in red on the car window, but it is readable from left to right under the closeup of Prentiss's face when we see her. The reflection of "BAR" should have been backwards since it's a reflection of the sign on the building.

Continuity mistake: Nicole is sitting in a club with Irene's men at a table. The shot changes from a close up of her and the men, to a close up of Milo (with Nicole and the men in the background). After Nicole is finished talking to Milo on the phone you can see her hang up the phone in the background when the camera is on Milo and then she hangs it up again when the shot goes back to her.

The Ramen Girl (2008)
Continuity mistake: When Abby is finished washing the dishes, she tosses the towel she was using and it lands on top of a red can. An immediate close-up of the towel on top of the can proves this (0:25:29). A second later, the picture zooms out again to show her bending over from exhaustion (0:25:30). The towel is no longer on the can, but behind it against the wall. Abby follows the shop owner into a room adjacent to the kitchen and when they come back, the towel is once again on top of the can (0:25:55), but most of it is inside the can this time. It's obvious that neither her nor the shop owner has touched the towel and no one else is in the shop. (00:25:25)

Trivia: The names Castor and Pollux Troy are taken from the constellation Gemini. In Roman mythology the Gemini which is Latin for "twins", Castor and Pollux, are the twin sons of Leda and the brothers of Helen of Troy and Clytemnestra. According to the myth the twins had the same mother, but different fathers. While Pollux was immortal, Castor was mortal. When Castor died, Pollux asked Zeus to keep them together and so they were transformed into the Gemini constellation.

Man of the Year (2006)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Laura Linney is talking to Christopher Walken at the Thanksgiving party, he is sitting in his chair smoking a cigarette next to a patio door. During their conversation, while the camera is facing Christopher Walken, he is holding his cigarette in his right hand. When the camera changes to face Laura Linney, his cigarette is visible over his left shoulder and is held by his left hand. When the shot changes back to face him, it's back in his right hand. The shots seem to move too quickly for him to have switched hands between them.
