The Return of the Archons - S1-E22
Corrected entry: As Kirk and co. carries O'Neil out of the alley, the supposedly unconscious woman in the black dress moves her foot out of the way as they pass. (00:18:05)

Corrected entry: Everyone in the Village is supposed to have a number instead of a name. Yet, Tom Cobb, the ex-agent Number 6 recognizes in the medical ward, is for some reason an exception. Number 2, the doctor, Number 4 and Number 6 himself all call the man Cobb.
Correction: Numbers are used to conceal prisoners' identities. Number 6 recognises Cobb from the outside world, after which there's no point in anybody calling him anything else.

Corrected entry: The sword Spock is carrying disappears between leaving the cell and the group exiting down the corridor. No one else in the shot appears to have taken possession of it. (00:21:50)

A Piece of the Action - S2-E17
Corrected entry: Not only do the billiard balls on the pool table keep changing positions between shots, but Bela seems to forget what the cue ball is for, and starts hitting the colored balls directly into the pockets instead. (00:08:00)

Corrected entry: Mira is supposedly weightless in the pressure chamber. But her tunic skirt remains perfectly flat and her long hair also "forgets" to float - it's hanging straight down below her head. Selective anti-gravity? (00:44:50)
Correction: If she were lying flat on a surface, with her hair hanging down, when the anti gravity was activated, the cloth and hair would remain in this original position due to the absence of any gravity to affect their position. There are many videos of objects in weightlessness where astronauts placing an object in a spot in front of them, and it staying put, unless it were given motion from the touch of the astronaut.

Corrected entry: Kirk orders Marple to cut around a rock to the right and make a noise to distract their observer. But the actor appears to slightly screw up his cue: Marple promptly traverses the rock to the left instead of the right. (00:16:45)
Correction: Kirk indicated to Marple and Chekhov that someone or something was behind the rock that Spock nodded towards to show Kirk where their "friend" was. Kirk told Marple to "cut around the rock to your right", meaning the the man go around the indicated rock (behind Spock) so that his movements would be to his right, thereby keeping the rock to his right.

Corrected entry: When Nomad's bolt sends Scotty flying across the bridge, you can see the two rubber mats placed on the floor for the stunt man to land on. (00:21:10)
Correction: There are no rubber mats anywhere for the stuntman to fall on. There was barely a second between impact and a person running to his side. He expertly landed in such a way as to avoid any major injury, save for a few bruises.

Everything Else You Can Steal - S2-E13
Corrected entry: Blake spies on Heyes, Curry and Louise as they sit together on the picnic blanket. But in the view through his telescopic gunsight, Louise is missing. When the shot returns to the camera's normal POV, she's sitting right between Heyes and Curry, where Blake's sight couldn't possibly have missed her. (00:33:30)
Correction: Blake's sight didn't miss her. Watch when he pans from Curry to Heyes and you will see the back of her head.

The Posse That Wouldn't Quit - S2-E5
Corrected entry: Bridget shoots ten cans off the fence with her rifle. No one goes over to put up more cans, but in the next moment, there are six more cans set up for Curry to shoot off with his revolver. (00:17:00)
Correction: If you look closely when Bridgette is acting like she can't hit the cans, there are about twenty cans on the fence.

Return to Devil's Hole - S1-E7
Corrected entry: After he's taken to the bunkhouse, Hamilton is examined and it's determined that he hit his head on the wall when he fell. But we saw him fall - through an open doorway. He never touched the wall. (00:22:45 - 00:26:15)
Correction: If you watch closely, Hamilton hits his head on the outside wall of the porch.

Jailbreak at Junction City - S2-E3
Corrected entry: When the posse traps the bank robbers in the livery barn, the doors on both ends of the building slide shut, meeting in the middle. But in the exterior shot, as they all exit, one of the same doors that slid shut a moment before now swings open on hinges. (00:41:00)
Correction: If you look at the scene closely, you will see the door that swings open is inside the sliding door. There are three handles on the outside of the door.

What Are Little Girls Made Of? - S1-E8
Corrected entry: When the android Kirk is created from the oddly short-legged blank, the turntable rotates to show Chapel the new Kirk - and the indentation on the other side suddenly disappears. (00:27:25)
Correction: When the duplicator table turns for Chapel to see the new android Kirk, the indentations on both sides are there.

Nowhere to Run - August 10, 1968 - S5-E4
Corrected entry: For four seasons, we were told that Al always saw Sam as the person he'd leaped into. (Case in point: Al once suffered an attack of guilt-ridden lust when Sam leaped into a very attractive woman.) Here, that series canon is violated when Al tells Sam, "Nobody sees you except me. Everyone else sees the real Miller." (00:21:10)
Correction: There was at least one prior example of Al seeing Sam as Sam, in the episode "Miss Deep South". So the changed premise happened much earlier than written here.

The Zeke Thomas Story - S1-E11
Corrected entry: Sitting on the wagon's tailgate, Maggie somehow manages to read a book, after night, without any lamp nearby.
Correction: There was a lantern burning hanging on the back of the wagon over her left shoulder.

Corrected entry: Lincoln refers to himself as "the last casualty of the Civil War." Although he used the phrase "a great civil war" in the Gettysburg Address, that name for the conflict wasn't generally applied to it until much later. In 1865, Lincoln would have called it "The War Between the States." (00:23:30)
Correction: There is no basis for this statement. Many prominent men used the term "Civil War" in Lincoln's time. And Lincoln used the term himself on many occasions, not just in the Gettysburg Address (for example, when addressing the Senate about the War in '62). Not to mention, the term "civil war" for a war among its citizens has been around since the 15th century (which men like Lincoln would have known).

Corrected entry: When Jim pulls down the skull & crossbones and replaces it with a British flag, the full Union Jack he runs up turns into a blue naval ensign (with the Union Jack only in the corner) by the time it reaches the top of the pole. (01:12:05)
Correction: This is simply incorrect. First, the flag is red, not blue. Secondly, the flag that is showing at the top of the pole is exactly the same one he is shown raising. We only see the Union Jack part while it is lying on the deck, but the poster is apparently not taking into account the size of the flag.

Corrected entry: When the sub first docks at Pearl Harbor, a mountain range is visible in the background. Pearl Harbor lies adjacent to a completely flat volcanic plain, and there are no mountains anywhere in its vicinity. (00:16:30)
Correction: Pearl is located with the Waianae Mountains (4,000+ feet) less than 9 miles to the West and the 3,000+ foot high Koolau Mountains to the East. All are highly visible from anywhere in Pearl Harbor.

Deadeye Dick - S5-E9
Corrected entry: The circuit judge arrives on the stagecoach and complains that the railroad has no spur line to Medicine Bow. But the town has had a railroad connection and station all along: it's seen in nearly every episode, including the opening and closing scenes of this one.
Correction: The judge isn't complaining that Medicine Bow had no railroad going through, he just said he wished the railroad would put in spur lines. He made no mention of Medicine Bow and what we see is a main line. There's a big difference between the two, spur lines are short, and often cheap, but allow smaller towns without a railroad going through to connect to a main line. The Judge wished the small town he came from had a spur line connecting it to the main line (or spur lines directly to Medicine Bow, making it a hub).

Corrected entry: When Plasus and two sentinels beam down to break up the fight near the mine, Plasus is on the end of the trio as they materialize. The camera angle changes as they step off the dais, and Plasus is suddenly in the middle. (00:05:10)
Correction: When Plasus and the two sentinels are materializing on the landing pad, Plasus is between and behind the two sentinels (look at their feet in relation to the outer rim of the pad). The initial camera angle makes it a bit difficult to see, but the men are in fact positioned consistently during and after transport.

Who Mourns for Adonais? - S2-E2
Corrected entry: Spock says they've only managed to punch holes in the force field large enough to fire through. But when the Enterprise fires, the force field (in the shape of Apollo's hand) is no longer there at all. (00:44:30)
Correction: When the Enterprise fires on the temple, the force field IS visible. However, as they continue to fire and damage the power source, the force field starts to fade and flicker in and out, until it is gone.
Correction: The unconscious woman's foot did move, but not on her own - other cast members' feet caught and moved hers as they were exiting the scene.
Scott215
This is incorrect. While the actors DO move her foot, once they've gone, she can be seen repositioning it herself.
