Continuity mistake: When the gray Hulk finds the Rick Jones-Hulk hybrid wandering the desert, the latter does not have any earrings. After Rick Jones is restored to normal later in the episode, he suddenly has an earring in his right ear.

Continuity mistake: When the Leader has siphoned the gamma mutation from out of the Rick Jones-Hulk hybrid, he reverts back to his human Rick Jones form. A few moments later, we see in a wide shot that Rick's skin is green again.

Continuity mistake: When the gray Hulk picks Gargoyle up from out of his cockpit seat, he picks him up with his left hand, with his upper knuckles towards Gargoyle's body. When the shot changes to Gargoyle saying "Release me," Hulk is holding him with his right hand, and his thumb and fingers are pressed against Gargoyle's body. (00:12:28)

Continuity mistake: When the gray Hulk is telling She-Hulk that he's taking over Banner, he's pointing his left-hand index finger in her face. When the shot changes, his left arm is suddenly down at his side and she has moved back a couple feet. (00:13:55)

Other mistake: When Betty is watching surveillance footage of her father attacking the gray Hulk, the footage is same clips from earlier in the episode, camera angles, shot changes and all. Not to mention it's extremely unlikely she would happen to have surveillance cameras in the exact random area of the desert where the attack happened.

Trivia: When Bruce Banner is trying to transform into the gray Hulk after being captured by Gargoyle and Leader, the sound that is heard when his eyes turn red is the same sound effect used in X-Men whenever Gambit kinetically charges an object.

Character mistake: When She-Hulk is objecting to the prosecution using live footage of the Rick Jones-Hulk hybrid to prove that Bruce Banner is not the Hulk, the judge overrules her without letting her state the legal grounds to her objection.

Continuity mistake: When She-Hulk is holding the stenographer up in the air by her chair, she is holding the chair by its right-rear leg, while standing in front of the third juror from the left. When the shot changes to She-Hulk putting the stenographer down, she is suddenly holding the chair by its left-rear leg, and is now standing in front of the juror on the far right. (00:08:05)

Continuity mistake: When Ross is getting ready to sabotage the experiment, the equipment on the wall next to the fire extinguisher changes appearance. A white label also appears on the front of the extinguisher. (00:19:07)

Character mistake: Throughout the series, General Ross refers to Gabe Jones as Gabriel. Someone of Ross' military credentials would not address another government agent by their first name. He would call him Agent Jones or simply Jones.

Darkness and Light: Part 3 - S1-E13

Continuity mistake: When Ross is threatening Banner with a gun, there is a shot that shows Banner frozen in place and the camera zooms out to show that the shot was reflected from the pupil of Ross' eye. Since it was a reflection, the flower on Banner's robe should have been on the viewer's left since the actual Banner has the flower on the viewer's right. (00:13:32)

Continuity mistake: When Banner re-engages Hulk in the desert after Hulk disposes of Talbot, the face guard for the exoskeleton armor Banner is using is missing, but then reappears when Banner launches the armor's right foot at the Hulk's backside. (00:07:38)

Audio problem: When Betty tells Bruce that Hulk is on a rampage, Bruce says "It just never ends," but Betty's mouth is the one saying the line.

Continuity mistake: When Doc Samson first breaks through the floor of the vehicle that is transporting the Hulk, his arm is emerging next to the platform that Hulk is secured to. When the shot changes, Samson's entire body is coming through the hole, and the base of the platform is nowhere to be seen. (00:19:54)

Continuity mistake: When Doc Samson kicks through the cab wall of the vehicle that is transporting the Hulk, he leaves a hole roughly the size of his leg, and the appearance of the damage suggests he kicked through metal. A couple of shots later, the hole is large enough for a person to fit through, and the appearance of the damage suggests it is now broken glass. (00:19:56)
