Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie, after the ghost is defeated, you see far away shots of Buddy, Brenda, and Kathleen Robertson's character standing together. From far away, Kathleen is on the end, and Buddy is in the middle. However, whenever the shot changes to a close-up of the three of them, Kathleen is now in the middle, and Buddy is on the end. Continuity mistake: After Dobby drops the cake on the woman's head, Harry's Uncle Vernon says something like "I'm sorry you'll have to forgive my nephew, he's very disturbed," and if you look at his face he's furious. In the next shot, if you look behind Harry you'll see Uncle Vernon acting very casually, and it looks like it's the same scene as when he was telling the joke to his guests. (00:07:50)

Continuity mistake: When Vinny is showing one of the witnesses the pictures with the trees and the dirty screen, if you look at the pictures (as Vinny is holding them) you can see the last one has a blue back. When the shot changes, the last picture has a white back and the blue backed one is further up in the stack.

Continuity mistake: In the first scene of the show, Dorothy has a bowl of popcorn on her lap. The amount of popcorn changes between shots. At one point it's overflowing, and at another it's about half full.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Big Momma's gentleman caller comes to the door, Martin Lawrence runs over to the door and stands directly in front of it with both of his hands up gripping his gun. Continuity mistake: When Big Momma's gentleman caller comes the door, Martin Lawrence takes out his gun and goes to answer the door. His gun is still in his hand up until the point when he answers the door. As soon as the door opens, the gun disappears. (00:25:20)

Continuity mistake: In the beginning when Topper is about to fight, he puts a red bandana around his head. As he is walking to the fight, one of the flaps of the bandana is draped over his shoulder. The shot changes when he gets to the fight, and both flaps are now behind his shoulders.
