Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where the Japanese planes are taking off, there is a shot where, in the upper left hand corner, you can get a glimpse of the helicopter that the crew used to film aerial shots. (01:23:00)

Continuity mistake: After their encounter with the monks, Buddy and Dave speed off and come out onto a road. The first shot sees the whole car come onto the road, where there is a double unbroken line in the middle of it. The shot changes to Buddy and Dave in the car. Watch through the back windshield. The double unbroken line has turned into a single, broken line. (01:07:35)

Saving Private Ryan (1998)
Continuity mistake: During the beach scene, Miller is kneeling at the rear of a Belgian fence talking about the beach being pre-sighted. There is a soldier in front of the fence who gets shot three or four times. If you look the first scene, he gets shot in the upper leg area, then when Miller moves out from behind the obstacle, the bullet wound has magically disappeared. (00:11:15)

The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring (2001)
Continuity mistake: At the very start of the film when Gandalf is in his wagon, Frodo stops him with: "You're late." Gandalf stops his wagon quite a way from the bank that Frodo appears on. Gandalf sternly delivers his line and moments later they both burst out laughing. Then Frodo almost steps onto the wagon which was much further from the bank during the first part of the exchange.

Continuity mistake: When Saruman and Gandalf start to battle at Orthanc, the first time Gandalf points his staff, he causes Saruman to slam onto his back. In the close-up of Saruman, the white wrap around the palm of his hand and wrist is perfectly visible on his right hand. He does not wear the wrap on his hand in the previous and most of the following shots. (00:50:25)

National Treasure (2004)
Factual error: In the scene when Ben, Abigail and Riley are on the tower of Independence Hall, they look at the shadow marking the secret place where the glasses are hidden. It is 3:20. The shadow of the cross is in the second third of the pillar. When Ian is on the tower the shadow has already moved to the top of the wall. As the others have left Independence Hall at 3:28 the shadow must have traveled the distance in about 4 minutes. This is far too quickly. (01:12:20)
