Continuity mistake: At the start of Part 6, the men let Percy out of the closet. They take the tape off his mouth and he starts to rub his lips, then lowers his hand to speak. Problem is he's still in the straight-jacket at this point.

Continuity mistake: When the Terminator punches through the car window, there's broken glass all around the window frame. When he closes the door, there's only a little glass around the top of the frame. (00:12:55)

Continuity mistake: When King tells Danica that her hair is ridiculous, she touches the hair above her head. The shot changes and she's now touching the sides of her head.

Continuity mistake: During one of the final huddles, Pop is standing right beside Crewe. The shot changes when the huddle breaks up, and Pop is not in the huddle anymore, and is standing 15 feet away beside the bench.

Continuity mistake: When Crewe and the other inmate are fighting in the swamp, the other inmate's shirt is pulled up, exposing his back. The shot changes when the other inmate points to a guard, and his shirt is now covering his back.

Revealing mistake: When Crewe dumps the car in the river, you can see the wire attached to it that was used to pull it out of the water. Burt Reynolds mentions it on the DVD commentary.

Continuity mistake: When Dwight and Gail are talking just before the attack on Jackie-Boy, the wind is either blowing strongly enough to move her earrings, or not blowing at all, depending on the shot. The changes correspond precisely with the shot changes - it's not just random gusting.
