Visible crew/equipment: Right near the very end where you have the overhead shot of the bombs hitting the back of the island you see Stanley Goodspeed being thrown through the air by the force of the explosion, and into the water. As he is flying through the air you can see the wires he is attached to, to make him fly.

Visible crew/equipment: In the scene toward the beginning where Bruce is doing the cookie line in the mirror, Sam is in the other room peeing on the couch. When the shot changes to Sam, look to the far right and you can see a finger pointing to where the dog should be looking. The dog even appears to be looking straight in that direction. (00:06:40)

Revealing mistake: Just before Luke chops off Darth Vader's hand in the battle at the end of the movie, you can see that the bar has already been cut (the line is visible) to give the illusion that Luke cut through the steel bar with his lightsaber as well as Vader's hand. (01:48:45)
