Revealing mistake: When the group stops to watch the Brachiosaurus, its CGI head clips through the branches of the tree, and the body becomes transparent. A close-up is provided, though it's not necessary at all when watching it on screen.

Suggested correction: There is no clipping. When his head is turned, its head is in front of the branches, and when he starts looking forward and goes on his hind legs, its head is behind the branches.
I don't see any superimposing. Its head is in front of the branch. It's even clearer in the moving scene, no superimposing to spot. Is this screenshot from the VHS version? Because if it's not visible there, it won't be in any other version either.
It's hard to tell from the screenshots, but it does look superimposed on the second one. However, if you watch the scene, it does look like Lionhead says that the branch is in front of the dinosaur. Skip to 1:24 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8uaNYpe5LJ0.
Just to be clear, I say the head is in front of the branch, not the other way around. Only when it starts looking to the front do its head and neck move behind the branch. But in the screenshot, the head is in front of the branch. Side note: If someone wants to follow the link, remove the period at the end; it's added automatically but not part of the link.

Continuity mistake: When Nedry meets Dogson he cries "We've got Dogson here!" with the green napkin bundled inside his fist. From the opposite angle a big chunk is standing out.

Visible crew/equipment: After Alan, Ellie, Lex and Tim run into the control room Alan tells Ellie to boot up the door locks, and when the Raptor opens the door Alan drops his gun and we can see two distinct reflections on the glass - the Raptor's puppet head on someone's arm as it pushes on the door from outside the room, and also the reflection of a crew member (presumably standing in the camera area).

Visible crew/equipment: While Alan and Ellie are trying to keep the Velociraptor out of the control room Lex is on the computer trying to find the file to restart the security systems, and after Tim shouts, "Come on Lex!" it cuts to a closeup of the Raptor's claws at the door and we can see the crew member's head.

Continuity mistake: Right after the "Objects in mirror are closer than they appear" shot, the dinosaur breaks a huge trunk that falls forward. A shot later note behind the dinosaur and the huge trunk is nowhere to be seen.

Continuity mistake: When the Dilophosaur spits on Nedry the second time, it is only on his forehead and eyes. In the next shot, a second later, it is all over his face and cheeks. It was too soon for the rain to have washed it down that far.
