Common mistakes

Other mistake: In 99% of movies, cars have their windows rolled down to avoid the filming crew from being reflected. This is even more weird when cars are parked or it's raining.

Other mistake: When the movie begins and a Terminator walks on the beach, there's a car framework in front. His leg clips through it. CGI glitch there. (00:02:38)

Other mistake: When the car stops and Chase is left on the curb the door is closed and it magically goes through him. (00:11:54)

Other mistake: When Jason unscrews Talos' heel blood spurts but 1) it never creates a puddle and 2) the blood jet disappears in the wide shots.

Ghostbusters: Afterlife mistake picture

Other mistake: When Gary is about to test the trap check the bus door on the right: there's a reflection of what seems to be his shirt, but it's a long sleeved wrinkled shirt, not the short sleeved he's wearing. What's even more bizarre: when Gary moves around, the reflection stays completely still and, drumroll, a shot later, from the very same angle, the reflection disappears. Either it was a crew member hiding, or a CGI-made reflection placed to hide some unwanted crew or equipment reflection.

E.T. the Extra-Terrestrial mistake picture

Other mistake: When the kids pedal away from the FBI and turn towards the homes under construction, skidmarks from previous takes are visible before the FBI cars arrive.

Other mistake: The part of the great wall of China that Superman fixes where bricks grow has nothing to do with the broken part from before, nor with the wall we see once he fixes it.

The Infiltrator (2016)

Other mistake: The movie poster shows a reflection of a $100 bill on the lenses. The bill should be flipped.

Suggested correction: Since this isn't part of a scene in the movie, it's not a mistake. It's just a stylized image. It would be no different from pointing out a group of people superimposed over each other or appearing larger than big objects they're next to.

Richard Jewell (2019)

Other mistake: When Kenny Rogers sings and Richard's mom claps, everybody is looking at the left except for a man with a hat who can't help staring at the camera all the time.

Superman II (1980)

Other mistake: When the three villains jump out of the Daily Planet window they just break some glass; however, from a ground level shot huge chunks of concrete are falling. This is more dramatic, indeed, but senseless.

Other mistake: Ambrose smacks a stone on Ethan's forehead. No blood nor even a bruise appears seconds later when Ethan is kicked in the face and we get a close-up of him.

Casino (1995)

Other mistake: When the man goes into the casino and takes a suitcase full of money to Kansas, he is parking in a supermarket. Later in the movie, after a plane lands on the golf course the same shot of the car in the supermarket is repeated. Check for the same parked cars: a blue VW beetle and a red car.

Other mistake: In the bobsleigh chase, when a grenade rolls around Blofeld's feet the rear projection FX suddenly swaps from showing a tunnel to showing a landscape going wildly in circles, as if the bobsleigh had crashed. However, on the following shot the bobsleigh is sliding along the tunnel normally and the rear projection plays the tunnel projection as if nothing had happened.

Toy Story (1995)

Toy Story mistake picture

Other mistake: When Andy's friends show up all of the Caucasian boys have Andy's face and hair. Most surely due to the limited technology available then, but weird nevertheless.
