Continuity mistake: When Felicia Jones is walking down the hallway after visiting Lucas Dalton in jail, she has a flashback and drops her phone. As she is walking away you see the phone a few inches away from the hallway wall. Then when she is a few feet further down the hallway the phone is now in the middle of the hallway, more than a foot away from the wall.

Continuity mistake: When Horatio is speaking with Calleigh after the accident her hair is behind her shoulders. When the camera changes angle there is some hanging in front of her shoulders, then when it changes angle again her hair is back behind her shoulders.

Continuity mistake: When Shane is trying to stop Helga from leaving he is on the phone with Julie Plummer. He says goodbye to her and jumps in front of the door while hanging up the phone, the camera angle changes to Helga then back to Shane and he is no longer holding the phone.

Continuity mistake: When Claire Laurent and Martine are being interviewed at the beginning of the movie about Reverend Bird's murder, Clair says to the reporter, "I have no comment, now let me by please". Later when they show the clip of the interview on the TV she says "I have no comment, now please let me by"

Continuity mistake: When Catherine is looking through the contents of the birds nest, she takes out the teething ring and places it on a pile on the left. When Gil comes in and asks her what she has, the shot shows the nest and the teething ring is back in it.

Continuity mistake: In the scene on the train when Sugar climbs into 7A with "Josephine" she hides from Sue who is going to the bathroom. The girls come in and start a party. When it spills over into the walkway and "Daphne" pulls the brake cord, Sue jumps up from her bunk. She never came back through the hallway from the bathroom or she would have seen all the girls coming to the party.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where the gang is in the car eating the donuts, Blanch's donuts switches from being half eaten to only one bite and then back to half eaten.

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Buck was shot and they are driving away, he alternates from shot to shot from having his head rest against Blanch's chest to laying against the side of the car crying out in pain.

Continuity mistake: When Horatio and Delko are on the dock talking to the blond about "Diablo" on the close up shots you can see that there is a large yacht parked at the dock she is sitting on. When the camera switches to the shots from behind looking over the pool with her at the far end, the yacht is gone.
