She isn't a doctor, and the Dax symbiant was never a doctor either. They are on board a Federation ship, with a Federation crew, why do they not call The Ship's doctor?

Continuity mistake: When showing how Andy switches the books, watch the folder on the table. The folder has a corner that is bent up. When Andy removes the Bible and folder from behind his back and places then on the table, the folder he places has the bent corner. The one already on the table is perfectly flat.

Continuity mistake: At the end, Jane and the others are sitting at the table eating. Right when Jane says "we committed treason as we left" she is holding her spoon. The shot changes and now the spoon is in the bowl and she picks it up.

Continuity mistake: When John, Kate, and the Terminator arrive at the crypt we get a close-up of the memorial plaque. There is a visible seam or crack in the marble that runs behind the plaque and there are no other seams or cracks visible for several inches all around the plaque. Right before the Terminator punches through the marble, you can see that there is now a seam or crack in the marble just above the plaque, and nothing running behind it.

Continuity mistake: As the helicopter is shown sliding down the hill, it is shown from several angles to have just a single rotor blade. However, one shot shows two rotors, one of which disappears halfway through the shot. (00:16:10)

Continuity mistake: During the temple fight with the stone warriors, Lara us shown fighting with both her pistols. In the shots from the front, her right pistol is held lower than the left one. However, the shots from the rear show both pistols held level with each other. This happens a couple of times throughout the scene.

Trivia: When Jules and Grayson take Jules' dad to the doctor, they go to the Gulfhaven Plaza Medical Professional Offices. There are several doctors' names listed on the sign. Among them are doctors named Dorian, Reid, and Turk. Cougar Town creator Bill Lawrence's previous show, Scrubs, featured main characters Dr. John "JD" Dorian, Dr. Elliot Reid, and Dr. Christopher Turk, all doctors working at Sacred Heart Hospital. They all worked for the Chief of Medicine Dr. Bob Kelso, played by Ken Jenkins. Jenkins plays Jules' dad, Chick, on Cougar Town.

Continuity mistake: Late in the episode Jules and Ellie's mom are sitting on the couch and Jules points her finger at Ellie's mom like a gun. At first her hand is vertical, the shot changes and she is holding her hand horizontally. The shot changes back and her hand is vertical again.

Continuity mistake: Near the beginning, Piper is sitting on the toilet and you can see her new engagement ring on her finger. When she wipes her eyes with the tissues the ring has vanished. A couple of shots later the ring is back.

Continuity mistake: Towards the end, right after Mia crawls through the tunnel and into the shed, she backs up against some shelves. There is a lot of blood on her face and her hair is hanging over her face. The shot changes to a close-up and her face now has much less blood on it and the hair that was hanging in her face is gone. Continuity mistake: When the Diva is shot and she begins to fall, her arms are outstretched with her palms facing up. The shot changes to behind her and she continues her fall, her palms now face down.

Continuity mistake: During the final confrontation scene between Cindy, Bobby and Ray, watch the knife that Ray holds. During close-ups it's a hunting knife with a fairly large blade. However, during a couple of the long shots, the knife blade is a different style and much shorter, obviously the prop knife used for the stabbings.

Continuity mistake: In the open, Max and Earl are standing at the end of the counter and when Max holds up the cup, Earl covers his face with his hand. The shot changes and Max is still holding the cup in the air but both of Earl's hands are now on the counter.

Continuity mistake: When Sheldon, Penny, and Leonard are discussing Leonard's tryst with Dr. Plimpton, Penny pinches the bridge of her nose with her right hand. The shot changes and Penny brings her left hand down from her face.
