Continuity mistake: When Cindy is surfing the Internet for the lighthouse, you see her clicking on different links. When she has clicked the "Page4" link, you see the mouse pointer start moving. Then it cuts to Cindy and back to the screen again. You can see the mouse pointer move from the exact same position in the exact same direction. (00:51:00)

Continuity mistake: When Tom and Michael Jackson are fighting you can see a purple teddy bear hanging from the ceiling in a thread, slightly twisting around. Between the shots the teddy bear has sometimes twisted ninety degrees. It couldn't twist this fast. (00:46:55)

Continuity mistake: When Cindy is talking to the oracle you see the oracle sitting in her chair. It cuts back and forth between them. First the oracle doesn't have anything under her left arm, then suddenly there is a leopard pattern looking pillow under her arm. Then it's suddenly gone again. (00:41:30)

Continuity mistake: When George is hitting the arms holding Cody by the coal slide, you can see up the slide that it is totally dark. When the arms release Cody there is suddenly bright light up the slide. (01:02:15)

Continuity mistake: When Agent Thompson blows up the Mother Theresa picture you see everybody running away and jumping to the ground before the explosion. When it cuts to Thompson and the president running through the hole that was made by the explosion, there is a man lying on the floor right beside the hole and a nun standing by the hole. They shouldn't be in the picture at all since they all ran away. (00:57:20)

Continuity mistake: When Cindy gets home looking for Cody, take a look at the couch on the left side as she comes in the door. You can see a drawing on it. The exact same drawing as the one that lies on Cody's bed when she enters his room in the next shot. (00:57:30)

Continuity mistake: When the Oracle gets up after Cindy was knocked down by the vase, you can see a stack of tapes, a matchbox and a radio on the Oracle's table. When it cuts, these items have changed position. (00:40:40)

Later when Cindy has the flashback from the tape we see the exact same corner as earlier, but now it is cleaned up and the ladder has been placed there. (01:00:10 - 01:06:20)

Continuity mistake: When the president is welcoming everybody to the White House and we can see the sign that says "Mother Theresa Community Awards". If you look to the left, you can see an old black couple. In front of them, you can see a white couple. When it cuts to a shot from behind them, you can see the white couple has moved farther to the right. (00:55:25)

Continuity mistake: When Tom gets down to the cellar you see George standing by something that is covered by a brown carpet. When it cuts to Tom walking you can see a trash can suddenly appear on the right side of the brown carpet. Not easy to see cause it happens kind of fast, but if you roll it in slow motion you can see it. (01:00:10)

Continuity mistake: After George has thrown the bucket on the bicyclist you see CJ sitting right behind him in the car. In the next shot you see sitting more on the other side in the car. (00:38:05)

Continuity mistake: When the vase has fallen onto Cindy's head you see it bump into the glass table and falls in front of Cindy. When we see Cindy getting up the vase is on Cindy's left side. (00:40:40)
