Continuity mistake: When the police officer gets hit by the dead woman's husband with a baseball bat, the police officer pulls his gun on the man from the ground and points it at his genitals. Then a series of different shots of him doing this is shown. From the shot in front of the officer, you can tell he's a few feet away from the man, but from the side shot his gun is less than an inch away from him.

Continuity mistake: When Cage meets his daughter and takes her to the diner to eat, the amount mayonnaise on her lip changes in every shot change.

Truth - S3-E18

Continuity mistake: Lex whispers into his father's ear something about keeping secrets. At first the view is of him less than an inch away from his ear. In the next shot he's at least six inches away.

Continuity mistake: When Tony walks into the Colombians' motel, he says hello to Marta. Watch Marta's arm. It changes positions from being in front of her on the pillow to on her hip depending on a shot from behind her and a shot from in front of her. (00:21:30)

Revealing mistake: At the end when Whoopi falls down the hill and hits her head on the rock, it's obvious that the rock is not real, since the rock moves very easily considering its size.

Easter egg: Go to the 'Special Features' and click on 'The Philosophy of Time Travel'. Go through the book's pages until you get to the skeleton with the arrow coming from it's chest. Press up and a solid black arrow within the arrow will appear. Press Enter and you will see a hidden trailer.

Continuity mistake: At the bus stop, Donnie's little sister changes positions between shots. From behind, she's in front of the red headed girl and in the frontal shot she's standing right next to her. (00:16:05)

Continuity mistake: At the bus stop when Donnie says to his sister that he'll throw her doll in the garbage disposal, watch the red-headed girl next to her. The girl positions her head differently each shot. From the front, she's looking at Donnie, and behind she's looking at his sister. (00:16:10)

Continuity mistake: During the nude scene with Jenna Jameson, Howard is standing out of touching distance of Jenna. He then states "holy cow are you naked" and the camera angle changes to the opposite side and he is now about a foot away from her. (01:31:10)

The Script and the Sherpa - S1-E5

Continuity mistake: When Vince and Eric are smoking weed with the older guy in the car, the older gentleman, Scott, is smoking from a joint less than an inch long, and proceeds to pass it to Eric. Eric, in turn, takes a hit and hands it to Vince, only the joint is now closer to two inches long.

Revealing mistake: When Michael is riding in the car with Sollozzo before the assassination, notice the headlights in the rear window during the close-up. You can notice that many of them move directly on top and underneath each other, impossible for real car's headlights to do such a thing. (01:21:25)

Easter egg: Go to the Galleries section and select 'DVD Credits'. Press 'Next' a few times until you reach the last screen on the DVD credits menu. Press 'Next' again to see a scene from The Sopranos where they try to watch a bootlegged copy of the Godfather on DVD. Very funny.

Continuity mistake: When Hunsaker's shot, his eggnog gets all over his tie and shirt. When the camera angle cuts to Murtaugh's reaction, Hunsaker's shirt and tie are clean and there is no eggnog pouring from the container. Also there is no hole of any kind in the glass door behind him in which the bullet made. (01:04:00)

Revealing mistake: When Brad Pitt throws Edward Norton down the stairs, there's a shot close to the bottom of the stairs in which you can see the stunt-man's face. (02:09:15)

Factual error: Women of rural areas in 1864 did not shave their legs to the extent shown throughout the movie. For example, when Inman is seduced by the man's wife and when he's having sex with Ada, you'll notice both women are very clean shaven. Even if they had shaved, they didn't have such precise shaving tools back then. (01:11:45 - 02:15:45)

Revealing mistake: In the scene where Evan wakes up and notices that he has no arms, right when you see the stubs you can see a faint shadow moving next to his head and moving on the headboard. This shadow is the shadow of his hand before it was digitally removed. (00:29:15)

Continuity mistake: During the beginning of the parade sequence, the green-haired, big-nosed balloon is shown being decently high with the Joker's float underneath it. Yet when the Joker is shown dancing in a few close up shots, the face of the balloon is directly behind him.

Continuity mistake: During the chase in the beginning, Arnie shoots out the left front tire of the truck causing it to come mostly off the rim; yet when it runs into the divide and explodes, the tire is completely inflated again. (00:37:45)

Revealing mistake: Throughout the whole movie, bits of 'snow' stuck to various things in close up view (i.e. guns, hair, faces, clothing). Look closely at the snow, its quite obvious that they are actually little thin scraps of white plastic. Most evident is in McClane's hair when the platoon is about to move in on the church, the shot of him saying "You're not such an asshole, after all." (01:27:55)
