Corrected entry: In "Space Pilot 3000", when the Professor gave Leela, Fry and Bender the old crew's career chips, they were in an envelope with "Contents of Space Wasps Stomach" written on it. However, in this episode, it is shown they were killed while trying to take honey from Honey Bees. Wasps (Polistes species) and Honey Bees (Apis mellifera) are two totally different species.

The Crow (1994)
Corrected entry: When Sarah is in the apartment looking for Eric, his shadow appears on the wall. He is standing with one knee cocked. It cuts to him (knee cocked) and then back to Sarah, only this time, he is standing straight and there was no time for him to move.
Correction: There is previous evidence that Eric can move faster than a normal human - when he's confronted by Albrecht, the cop turns to yell at the looters and turns back Eric who isn't there, nor is he anywhere around since Albrecht looks around quickly but doesn't find him. Given this it's quite possible for Eric to have changed poses instanteously.

Anthology of Interest I - S2-E20
Corrected entry: In the third tale of interest, with Stephen Hawking, after Fry doesn't go into the cryogenic tube, Bender, Leela and the Professor all appear, side by side. However, until Fry goes into the future, none of these knew each other (Bender was about to kill himself, Leela was happy working at the cryogenics lab and the professor had just lost his crew), so why would they be together?
Correction: The 'Tales of Interest' are fantasies, which are shown not even to have happened in the first place - they are fantasies in the Professor's fantasy.

Futurama (1999)
Corrected entry: In "Space Pilot 3000", the professor has his old crew's career chips in an envelope. However, in this episode, the old Planet Express ship is still in the hive. A) How would the professor know that they had dies so soon and B)How would he get the chips back?
Correction: The chips in the envelope belong to a third crew. The label on the envelope refers to the contents of the stomach of a 'space wasp', and the crashed ship we see is in a hive of bees. There are obviously other crashed Planet Express ships and dead crews out there. As to how the Professor got the chips out of the space wasp.

The Butterfly Effect (2004)
Corrected entry: When the young Evan is getting the knife to stop the firework, in one shot he is trying to put the knife in his pocket. However, in the next, he has the knife down by his side and is not moving.
Correction: This is because he heard his mother coming and froze. Then he blacked out the memory, and did not know why he was holding the knife.

The Butterfly Effect (2004)
Corrected entry: Every time Evan blacks out, it's a time when he could go back in time and change things. However, he didn't go back until AFTER he was grown up (e.g. the scene in the basement with Kayleigh's dad, the first time he didn't call him a f****ag). However, he blacked out just before he got the knife in the kitchen, and he was getting the knife to stop the firework from blowing his arms off. And, when he blacked out with his dad in the hospital, it was because he had gone back and told him he was going back, which is why the dad attacked him. Seems it's one rule one minute and a different one the next.
Correction: There are really no set "rules" to his going back in time. Rather, he only really tries to go back to when he has had a blackout, hence having the blackout. But at the very end, he is able to travel back using the video, but was not having a blackout at the time the video was made.

Correction: Yes, but Space Wasps (Polistes astra) obviously prey on Space Bees (Apis vonbraunia) and while eating a fresh kill they ingested the chips. Glad we cleared that up. (Neither species exists. The rules don't apply..).
