Trivia: On the zeppelin, the Nazi shows around a flyer with Dr. Jones Sr.'s picture on it. At the second table, a woman shakes her head 'no' before even looking at the picture. Possibly just the character not bothering to pay attention, as could happen in reality, but worth looking out for.

Continuity mistake: WHen Indy is hanging off the side of the tank, his face becomes completely caked with dirt. After he gets back up on to the tank, his face is relatively clean. (01:34:40)

Continuity mistake: When Indy and Elsa are wading in the petroleum looking for the knight's tomb, Elsa unbuttons and opens her jacket and starts to take it off. In the next shot she opens her jacket and takes it off again. (00:34:15)

Trivia: When Indy and Elsa go under the library looking for the knight's tomb, they encounter an ancient picture of the ark of the covenant. As Indy inspects it, a few bars of "The ark of the covenant" music from Raiders of the Lost Ark plays.

Audio problem: When Indiana is fighting one of the bad guys on top of the rhino's car on the train, the rhino sticks his horn straight between Indy's legs. Indy says, "Holy smokes" but if you look, he actually says something else. (00:07:35)
