Continuity mistake: Near the end of the episode in the shot where Danny says "OK, so we had a little help," the top three buttons of Jesse's shirt are unbuttoned. The camera switches to a shot of their moms and then back to the guys. In this shot, only the top two buttons are unbuttoned.

Continuity mistake: When Kimmy puts Stephanie's teddybear down on the table in the shop, the bear is lying flat on its back. A few seconds later, when Stephanie talks to the bear, it is sitting up.

Continuity mistake: When Joey is talking to DJ, at the end of the show. There is a hanger on the closet door behind them. The hanger keeps changing from behind the door to in front of the door.

Continuity mistake: In this episode Jack works on an old crippled man to try and perform another "miracle." Remember, this is supposed to be in Jack's past. When he's looking at the x-rays in the beginning, take a look at the dates on them. They're November 16, 2005. In the last episode of season 2, Desmond says that the plane crashed in September 2004.

Continuity mistake: When Jack hangs off the cliff, he grips a vine covered in a multitude of leaves in the wide shots, but in the three tight close-ups his hand is dramatically shown slipping down a vine, without any leaves on or around it. Visible crew/equipment: As Jack, Michael, and Charlie walk up to Hurley, the camera goes to the left of Hurley and you can see a road to the right of him and directly behind him a fence. Visible crew/equipment: After Kate cuts the "noose" line, Charlie and Jack fall, and when Kate jumps down a large piece of white equipment pops up on the left of the screen, just as she lands on the ground. Continuity mistake: After Locke whispers to Michael, "I thought you should be the one to bring his dog back to him," when Locke points in the wide shot, Walt, who is sleeping on his stomach, has his head facing away from Michael. But when Michael says, "Hey thanks," Walt's head faces the opposite way towards Michael, and in the next shot he faces away again. (00:38:05)

Continuity mistake: When Jack removes the paper with Kate's mugshot from the marshal's jacket pocket, in the close-up of the paper there is no writing at the top center of the paper, only at the sides. However, in the previous shot the center writing is visible from behind, and is also perfectly seen when Hurley finds the paper.
