Continuity mistake: In the scene where Smithers is showing Burns the bar, Smithers is in his grey suit. When Burns turns to talk to Grizzly Shaun, Smithers is wearing his standard green jacket and bow tie. Afterwards he is back in his grey suit.

Continuity mistake: Early in the swim to the ocean, salmon Scruffy is eaten by Zoidberg. Later, during the the swim back to the stream, Scruffy is seen with the group, just behind Leela and Fry.

Continuity mistake: In Season 2 episode 7, "Pretty Much Dead Already," at the end where Rick shoots the walker Sophia, she falls to her right. In the next episode, "Nebraska," picking up immediately after the last, she is in an entirely different position, as if she fell forward.

Continuity mistake: Just before Apu has a flashback, Reverend Lovejoy is sitting to Apu's left. after the flashback he is sitting to Apu's right.

Continuity mistake: When Captain America is ready to jump out the plane, he is looking at Peggy Carter when he reaches for his goggles, the angle changes to the outside and Cap is seen with one hand out the plane and the other in, with his goggles up. it switches back inside and his goggles are on.

Continuity mistake: When Aldous hands the "Jeffery" to his dad to give to Arron, the way Aldous is holding it changes from between his extended fore and middle fingers, to being pinched between his fore finger and thumb.

Continuity mistake: Just before Apu has a flashback of Helen Lovejoy and Moe interacting in the church, Reverend Lovejoy is in his black shirt and collar. after the flashback he is in his casual pink shirt and blue tie.
