Continuity mistake: At the end of the film, Claire's husband is shot once in the back. However, when we see him from the front, he has TWO exit wounds.

Continuity mistake: In the scene at the end where Ashley Judd and Tom are leaving and they are changing from the 4-runner to the other car, Tom opens the car door in one shot and in the next shot you can see him in the background opening it again.

Continuity mistake: Toward the end of the film, Claire confronts Tom about the witnesses' killing, and they begin to fight. Claire smashes a glass on the side of Tom's head, then runs outside. In the next shot, as Tom follows her, he does not have a single cut or drop of blood on him, anywhere.
