Trivia: This is the first MCU film since 2008's The Incredible Hulk to feature Liv Tyler as Betty Ross and Tim Blake Nelson as Samuel Sterns a.k.a. The Leader. They were the last two of that film's five main characters to reappear in the franchise.

Trivia: In the comics, Ruth Bat-Seraph goes by the codename Sabra and is a Mossad agent. Due to the ongoing conflict between Israel and Gaza, her codename was omitted from the film, and her background as a Mossad agent was dropped in favour of her being a former Black Widow.
Trivia: This film's original subtitle was "New World Order", which is also the name of an episode of "The Falcon and the Winter Soldier" of which this film is a sequel.
