Continuity mistake: When Sammy first offers the drink to Diana (in a close up), Diana takes the mug in her left hand. Just before the camera switches to a long shot, Diana switches the mug to her right hand. In the long shot, Diana still has the mug in her left hand and she sets it on the wall to her left. The camera switches back to a close up and Diana again has the mug in her right hand. When Steve asks her to dance, Diana again sets the mug down on the wall, this time to her right.
Wonder Woman (2017)
Directed by: Patty Jenkins
Starring: Chris Pine, Robin Wright, Connie Nielsen, Gal Gadot
Continuity mistake: At the end after the massive explosion on the runway, two German soldiers get up unscathed and remove their gas masks. They suddenly appeared, as no one else was there, only Diana, and they are only a few feet away from the crater.
Other mistake: Field Marshal Haig is listed in the credits as Field Marshall Haig. This spelling (with two Ls) is only ever a surname, not a rank or job title.
Trivia: Diana is never referred to by any character as "Wonder Woman" in the film.
Trivia: There is a reference to the "Superman and Wonder Woman" comic book #226 when Diana is trying on an outfit with the same number.
Diana Prince: You're a man...
Steve Trevor: Yeah... I mean... do I not look like one?
Steve Trevor: Have you never met a man before? What about your father?
Diana Prince: I had no father. My mother sculpted me from clay and I was brought to life by Zeus.
Steve Trevor: Well, that's neat.
Steve Trevor: Welcome to jolly old London.
Diana Prince: It's hideous!
Steve Trevor: Yeah, it's not for everybody.
Question: If Amazons are immortal and never age then how can Diana grow up there?
Answer: It would be more accurate to say they grow to a certain age then stop aging. Similar to the elves in Tolkien's Lord of the Rings.
Answer: They may never grow old, but they are not immortal since we see some die.
Answer: Diana is unlike the other Amazon women, so her physiology differs. In mythology, Amazon women were demigods - half human and half god. Diana's mother, Hippolyta, crafted her from clay and Zeus gave her life. Diana grew from an infant into adulthood, then, like the other Amazons, becomes either immortal or long-lived.
Answer: Thank you both.
Question: Why not tell her the truth? She wouldn't have been worse off. If he'd wanted to find them he could've done so sooner.

Answer: For the majority of the movie, Diana believes the sword to be the only weapon capable of killing Ares. She doesn't realise until she fights him that the sword is just an ordinary weapon and thus, useless against a god. She carries the shield because it is useful. She uses it in combat most prominently to block gunfire.
