Character mistake: The screen showing the cemetery inside Arzenal is full of tombs with utter gibberish names (like Tsliap Stliow, who died in GXVI, apparently, whatever year G is) - Some of this creative engraving does not even fall in the proper physical boundaries of the stone. And it's also labeled "CemetAry."
Character mistake: One of the possible lines of the more heroic soldiers of Gamillas is "Even underestimate a Zaltzian." It should be "Never", not "Even."
Character mistake: Sousuke Sagara's profile says that he does not care for the Arbalest or "it's AI." Should be its, possessive.
Character mistake: Kiryuu Mikage's bio says that her father was "a soldier from the Space CALVARY", instead of cavalry.
Character mistake: Fighting against the Yamato, Schultz might say "Terron monkeys! How did they build a faster than a light speed spacecraft?" One "a" too many.
Other mistake: In the dispatch mission "A Life's Vow", Tobia teams up with a federation soldier, called "Federation soldier." One of his lines says "I know the visor's kinda in the way, but I've got red eyes." But we can see his eyes perfectly fine, and they are not red, not even a tinge! There are many other times when the game has overlays / alternative versions of portraits, this is kinda egregious of a miss.
Character mistake: During Scenario 12 "The Dispeller of Chaos", Sumeragi makes her first appearance in the game botching her very first line as she says "I am IMPRESESED you've actually MAKE yourself a decoy."
Character mistake: A few times during the game (for instance in Haruki's biography) the expression "Coup d'état " is not visualized correctly, with the accented letter replaced by a dot.
Other mistake: One of Professor Wolfgang's lines when he is defeated by MITO's unit is "Why! Why must I ALWAYS lose to Mightgaine." The problem is, they left it in the pool of lines he can say also in the very first mission Maito appears in, when by the other lines of dialogue through the mission it's implied that they never met before.
Character mistake: One of Jamie's lines against the Para-mails is "Even a beautiful machine can be spoilt when a harlot is at the controls." She says that line even against Tusk's, the one (unambiguosly) male pilot of that kind of vehicle.
Character mistake: One of the possible lines the AI units have facing Getter Robot is "Confirming unit that uses Getter Rays." It's the other way around; 'confirming THAT (the) unit uses Getter Rays'.
Character mistake: Before Scenario 12: The Dispeller of Chaos, the dialogue featuring Ruri has a couple of repetitions who are not part of her character and never appear again in the rest of the game; talking to Misumu, she says "What would that would be", and to the Aesti pilots she says "But first there's someone I want to to [...] first."
Character mistake: One of the most commonly used line from Gamilla's battleship officers is "Terrons are possessed for fearsome battle tactics", when they obviously mean "Terrons possess fearsome battle tactics."
Character mistake: The profile of Yuki Mori from Star Blazers 2199 mistakenly refers to her as "He is 19 years old", probably because the beginning of the profiles of the Yamato are all almost identical and 'copy and paste' was used. The correct pronoun "she" is used for the rest of the bio.
Other mistake: The profile of commander Okita misses a space when his education is mentioned ("Healso holds a doctorate").
Other mistake: During scenario 36 ("Who Inherits the Stars"), Kamille has a scripted battle against Jerid that prompts the activation of the Bio Sensor animation, even if the player already managed to trigger it.
Plot hole: When Shoji gives himself up to the authorities at the end of mission 9, Aoki thanks to the Senpuji Industries lies to the inspector saying that he was a test pilot, but that does not solve the not marginal issue that the playing character comes from another dimension and has no ID. The inspector is a stickler for the rules but in all the hours of interrogation apparently the subject of their identity never came up.
Other mistake: Upon facing AI enemies, one of Tobias' possible opening quotes is "I'm fighting a machine. I just need to read it's patterns." Should be "its".
Character mistake: One of the possible messages that happens when Yamato faces Le Chevalier during mission 7 ("Cosmic Crossroads") prompts Kodai to say "This is the ship that is guarding the Pluto base." It's a phrase that fits their previous encounter when Shulz was in fact doing that, but since then the Pluto (or "Plato" base as the Gamillans call it) base was destroyed (by the Yamato itself, even) and they moved past it.
Other mistake: One of Ersha's quotes on a successful evasion is "Hehe, where you aiming at me?", with an obvious grammatical error.
