Continuity mistake: Fuzzy stops the car making a big ruckus as he knocks over the trash bins. He tells Albert "That's Lara's place up there", hands off the steering wheel, but in the next shot his right hand is on it. (00:25:30)
Other mistake: During her somber trick-or-treat stroll with April, Wren receives a message from Aaron. She is really surprised by that and wonders how did he get her number. On the other hand, the text is identified by his full name, showing that she had his number saved in the phone book. (00:10:50)
Continuity mistake: Wren is looking for a Halloween costume. She is briefly thinking about Aaron and his Johnny Depp cosplay; meanwhile her brother moves from a Spider-Man rack to severed arms across the aisle. During this transition, the people on the background change position, and when she talks to him the girl in orange is behind her with her hands on the display one shot too soon. In the following shot she is still walking. (00:07:55)
Continuity mistake: April falls down when Albert ties her bootlaces; two students are walking by a parked car. Wren looks all dreamy at the car of the cool kid vanishing in distance. When the camera is back on the street behind her, the two guys are still passing by the same car. (00:06:50)
Continuity mistake: When Wren is doing the rather off-key rap about E.O. Wilson, Roosevelt is holding his right hand on the strap of his bag at a different height in the different shots, and at the end of her stanza he has his left hand raised all of a sudden. (00:05:10)
Continuity mistake: Wren is asking her mother about the form for the college loan. When she remarks sarcastically "Afghan citizenship, hello?" she has a big bunch of hair in front of her shoulder, as opposed to the previous shot. (00:02:30)
