Deliberate mistake: The agent is entering the office approaching his desk where a computer sits with the screen on depicting classified material. Computers left unattended go dark after x amount of time. This computer being in a federal FBI building should be logged out of and not open for everybody to see. (00:19:00)
Continuity mistake: The agent and his sidekick are chasing somebody. The agent has no visible side arm on either right or left side. When he's running his jacket is in the air so it's visible he's unarmed. However, when he stops running he draws his side arm from his right hip. (00:36:30 - 00:37:30)
Other mistake: A colleague approaches Ben, picks up a newspaper, and tries to pronounce Volkskrant. Ben gives the correct pronunciation, tells him it's a Dutch newspaper. However, the top of the newspaper is visible and says Trouw, a different Dutch newspaper. (00:40:00 - 00:43:00)
Continuity mistake: During the car chase at the port, Paul shoots the police car, breaking its driver side glass. In the next scene, when the police car drifts, it can be seen again in its original shape. Immediately after that, it is gone again.
Continuity mistake: When Paul is chasing Bozlovski at the port, he repeatedly shoots through his passenger side glass, destroying it. A few seconds later, the glass can be seen undamaged when both cars are banging each other.
