She's away for about five seconds and comes back with five full glasses. Are we expected to believe she got to the kitchen, got the three extra glasses and filled them with lemonade all in five seconds?

Continuity mistake: When Sam rings the bell to wake up Roberta, as Roberta walks to the window to ring the bell back, we see a silver torch on the desk lying on its side. Then when Roberta picks it up it's standing upright. (00:26:20)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where the four girls are at the door of the fortune teller, if you look at Christina Ricci's pants, they change completely between shots.

Continuity mistake: When Roberta is on the tree branch before she dives, in a frontal shot she is bending down holding onto a branch for support. In a reversal shot she's standing up straight. (00:32:30)

Continuity mistake: In the very first wideshot of the softball game, the batter up is a boy wearing beige shorts and a blue top. Then it cuts to a closeview of the batter, who is suddenly a boy in a red top and brown trousers. (00:51:00)

Continuity mistake: The flowery cloth that the fortune-teller lays out, to put the tarot cards on, is different from when she first lays it out to the wideshot when she lays the murder card down. The roses on the black cloth are in different places and are bigger. (00:49:20 - 00:50:05)

Continuity mistake: When Chrissy is giving birth, she wears a shirt which has many watercolour brushstroke patterns printed on it. Through the birth scene these brushstroke patterns on her shirt vary and change between wideshots, closeups, etc. (01:26:30)

Trivia: There is a scene where teenage Chrissy punches Roberta. When filming this, the actress playing Roberta forgot to turn her head, and ended up actually getting punched in the face full force. They had to halt filming because the actress was badly bruised for days.

Answer: Reshooting certain scenes would most likely necessitate new stunt people, as the first one(s) would most likely be hard to get back.
