Suggested correction: Anger and fear can be more than enough to gather enough strength to fight your way out of a difficult situation regardless of how much of a critical condition you are in.

Other mistake: In the film Dewey is called sheriff and has "sheriff" on his vehicle, however he also has "police" on his vehicle. Police officers and sheriffs are not the same thing.

Continuity mistake: When Sidney is in Olivia's room right after she killed, Sidney is holding onto the very bloody door frame, getting a little on her hands. The next shot when she picks up the phone, seconds later, there is no blood to be seen on her. (00:36:30)

Trivia: While the film is primarily written by "Scream" and "Scream 2" writer Kevin Williamson, due to a hectic production schedule, "Scream 3" writer Ehren Kruger was brought on to do some last-minute rewrites during filming. However, Kruger chose to go uncredited, as he mainly worked on "polishing up" scenes originally written by Williamson.

Question: When Jill and Kirby were watching "Shaun of the Dead", and Ghostface calls them, how did he know they were watching that?

Answer: Remember that Jill and Charlie were the killers and were working together. Therefore, Jill probably told Charlie the film they were planning on watching. Meaning when he called Kirby he knew what she and Jill were watching, which makes the killer more sinister and omnipresent.

Answer: Also, pretty sure they told Olivia over the phone what they were watching and Ghostface was in the closet listening.
