Plot hole: While we never see Lisa leave the courtroom at the end to call Judge Malloy to send the fax verifying Jerry Callo, it is possible she snuck away for a minute to do it after the dismissal and before they leave the town. However, Vinnie does not ever seem to mention that he told the judge he is Callo to her so how did she know? He must have mentioned it to her while they were rushing to leave, they were back on speaking terms and she called Malloy.
My Cousin Vinny (1992)
1 plot hole - chronological order
Directed by: Jonathan Lynn
Starring: Marisa Tomei, Joe Pesci, Ralph Macchio, Mitchell Whitfield
Continuity mistake: At the scene where Vinny and Mona are at a picnic, they take their platters and have plastic silverware wrapped in a napkin. When they go to sit at the picnic table, Vinny places the wrapped silverware next to his plate, then picks them up to eat, but in the following shot, he does the same thing again. (00:35:50)
Vinny Gambini: Is it possible, the two youts-
Judge Haller: Uh, two what? What was that word?
Vinny Gambini: What word?
Judge Haller: Two what?
Vinny Gambini: What?
Judge Haller: Did you say "youts"?
Vinny Gambini: Yeah, two youts.
Judge Haller: What is a yout?
Vinny Gambini: Oh, excuse me, your honor. Two youths.
Trivia: During the stuttering lawyer's opening statements, if you look in the backround, you will see Vinny, Stan, and Ralph Macchio laughing. It's really obvious when the lawyer is walking back to the table, and Stan has a smirk on his face, trying not to laugh.
Question: What is the differences between 1st degree murder, second, and third degree murder?

Answer: First degree murder is premeditated, second degree is a crime of passion (i.e. murder in the heat of the moment) and third degree is now called manslaughter - accidental killing.
