Revealing mistake: When Edward takes his shirt off on the steps in Voltaire, his nipples are different colors and sizes. The closer one is grey while the far is more pink as though the makeup had rubbed off.
Continuity mistake: In Italy, Bella saves Edward and enters a room with him. Alice follows and a white lighting screen is reflected on her glasses.
Revealing mistake: In the scene of the fight in the chamber of the Volturi when Felix throws Edward on the stairs you can easily see the body of Pattinson's stunt double, there's a clear six pack, a tanned body and no body hair.
Visible crew/equipment: In the very last scene, right before the ultimatum, if you look into the tail lights on Edward's car you can see various members of the crew reflected.
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene when Edward left Bella, when Bella is running after Edward, you can see the shadow of a crew member briefly on the tree.
Suggested correction: This was Bella's shadow.
Continuity mistake: Right before Jacob comes through Bella's window, it shows her sleeping and "dreaming" of Victoria coming to get her. If you look, the camera really focuses on the dreamcatcher and how it's hanging above her on the bedpost. It is hanging off to the side of the middle hump. Immediately, Jacob comes through her window and focuses in on the dreamcatcher hanging on the bedpost which is now neatly hanging in a completely different way, perfectly laid over the center of the bedpost.
Continuity mistake: When Alice is driving Bella to the Volturi, she is wearing a headscarf and sunglasses. During the scene the way the headscarf is tied changes; the size and shape of the knot (and the colours on the knot) are different.
Continuity mistake: When Bella is at the cafeteria table with Mike, and he is asking her to a movie, her hair keeps moving from behind her ear to hanging in front, and back again.
Visible crew/equipment: Alice and Bella arrive at the Italian city and a huge umbrella used for lighting is reflected on the car's hood.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Bella is in the meadow talking to Laurent, Bella's hair is at first straight and then in the next scene it is wispy and pushed back and then it is straight again.
Continuity mistake: When Bella and Edward enter the chamber with the Volturi, they change which sides they are holding hands on. This also happens when they leave, except it goes from arm on waist to hand holding.
Revealing mistake: The rims of the vampires contacts can be spotted occasionally during the film, especially the Volturi's during the ending scenes, e.g. Jane's in the elevator.
Revealing mistake: In the scene when the Cullens are voting on whether Bella should become a vampire, Rosalie's wig is pulled back and you can see the edge of the wig and her real hair.
Revealing mistake: When Sam comes into the house and kisses his fiance, you can see the ripples in the edges of the plastic film used to put the tattoo on his arm.
Continuity mistake: Bella just went back to the meadow and is talking to Laurent. Throughout the whole scene in the meadow, her hair changes on her right ear. It goes from behind the ear, to fully covering the ear, to half covering the ear, and back and forth between those. And in the beginning, her hair is near perfect, but by the end, her hair is more wispy and not-so-matted to her head.
Continuity mistake: Bella just drove to Jacob's house for the first time since he turned into a werewolf, and it's raining while they are talking.The hair around their face changes positions all the time.
Continuity mistake: When Charlie checks on Bella after she returns from Italy, the blanket on top of her keeps moving down or up.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Bella jumps off the cliff, Bella's eyes are brown before jumping but are blue/green when she surfaces in the water and then back to brown in the underwater and shore scenes.
Continuity mistake: In the Volturi Chamber, when Aro moves forward to kill Bella after he says it's a sadness because Edward does not intend to give her immortality, you can see Alice's hair and part of her face along the right side of the screen. Actually, at this point Alice is standing to the left and behind Bella, being held by the neck by Dementri.
Continuity mistake: In the dirt bike scene, Bella takes off and starts to lose control. The camera pans so it is showing her hands on the bike, losing control, and she doesn't have a very stable control on the direction the bike is going. It looks as if she is going toward the right, into a small ditch, about to crash. The camera then shows her face, and she is still in the middle of the road, not close to crashing yet, with decent control of the bike.
