Continuity mistake: When Logan and Jessica finally escape from the robot's ice lair to the outside world, they see the sun rising from the horizon. The sun rises far above the horizon but a few shots later, the sun has gone back down near the horizon. (01:11:34)
Continuity mistake: When Jenny Agutter panics after a lizard crawls up her skirt, her clothes are very dirty but in the next scene, her clothes are clean. (01:12:42)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Francis looks at his palm and sees the crystal is clear, he jumps off the balcony towards Logan but you can tell from the jump angle, he will not make contact with Logan, being some 3 feet from the landing point. In the next shot, Francis lands right in front of Logan. (01:30:40)
Continuity mistake: When Logan 5 and Jessica 6 surface back into the city, it can be seen that there is no crystal on either Logan or Jessica's left hands. (01:46:55)
Continuity mistake: In most of the scenes it is quite evident that Jessica has only a thin green dress on; when she meets Box she takes it off and she is nude. Later when she is outside of the dome and walking through the woods, she ducks to avoid some brush and she now has underwear on.
Continuity mistake: When Logan and Jessica arrive at the ice cave, they are wet, so they take off their clothes and wrap themselves in animal skin to get warm. Jessica gets naked and Logan takes off his shirt but not his pants. But when they sit down we can see he is not wearing any pants.
Continuity mistake: When Logan 5 and Jessica 6 are escaping from the city, Jessica's hair is wet before she passes besides the flowing water tanks.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the film, when everyone is gathering around the old man, there are several close up shots of him. In one of them, a woman in pink starts walking up behind him, near the right side of the screen. In the next shot, the camera shows a faraway view of the old man and where the woman was standing, but she is gone.
Continuity mistake: When Logan and Francis chase the first Runner around and up the balconies inside The Great Hall, it seems as though the chase starts on the ground floor and only goes up one floor. But, when Francis shoots the Runner, he falls from about seven floors up, a long, protracted fall.
Continuity mistake: As Logan walks up the steps with Jessica, the cut in his shirt and his hair part are on the right side, whereas they are supposed to be on the left.
Continuity mistake: In the scene at the end with the old man, his fire is burning well but suddenly is almost burned out when the people come down to see him.
Continuity mistake: In the ice cave, Logan and Jessica take off their clothes and put on animal skins. When they run out of the storage chamber where they saw the frozen cadavers, they drop the skins and are fully clothed.
Suggested correction: Before that scene, they are shown getting dressed. If you saw this on television, they may have cut the shot because of some brief nudity.
Continuity mistake: When the surgeon dies, Francis grabs Logan's arm but a shot later he is grabbing his chest.
Continuity mistake: The cut on the surgeon's shirt is suddenly reversed a shot later.
Continuity mistake: When the surgeon's face is cut he turns his head to the right. A shot later he faces the left side.
Continuity mistake: Francis walks towards an identity detector machine where he drops stuffs inside and places his hand. The stuff disappears and reappears between shots.
Continuity mistake: Logan and Francis meet a bleeding man by the steps and Logan walks ahead. A shot later he is next to Francis.
