Factual error: When Mulder avoids hitting the truck, in the shot from the inside of the car he turns the wheel full left which means that the car should start to spin anticlockwise. However, in the next outside shot the car spins clockwise. (01:16:25)

1 factual error - chronological order
Directed by: Chris Carter
Starring: Amanda Peet, Billy Connolly, David Duchovny, Gillian Anderson, Mitch Pileggi
Continuity mistake: As Mulder's car hits Dacyshyn's truck, the front left side of the car and its headlight sustain significant damage, but when the truck's snow plow pushes the car all that damage is gone and the headlight is fixed. (01:18:45)
Fox Mulder: Are you asking me to give up?
Dana Scully: No. I can't tell you to do that, Mulder. But I can tell you that I won't be coming home.
Trivia: It seems that Scully's bedtime reading is Dori Carter's "Beautiful Wasps Having Sex." Dori is a spouse of Chris Carter. (00:29:55)
Question: At the end of the movie was a dedication to a man, I believe the name was Randy Stone or something. Does anyone know who that is?

Answer: Randy Stone was Head of Casting at 20th Century Fox Television and part-time actor. When Chris Carter created the X-Files, it was Randy who cast Gillian Anderson and David Duchovny as the leads, Agents Scully and Mulder. A few years later, Randy's connection to Chris Carter continued with Carter's new creation Millennium, which he also cast. Randy was 48 when he died suddenly in February of 2007.
