Continuity mistake: When the two houses are taking part in the duel at the end, their first challenge is to pop the bras in the line of girls. You watch the girls remove their tops till they're all standing in bras, then in the next shot the girls all have their tops on again, then next shot they're off again.
Revealing mistake: During the keg drinking contest, it is clear that when they vomit on each other that the "vomit" isn't coming from their mouths but come from a pipe aligned with their mouth next to the side of their head.

Continuity mistake: During the scene in the hockey stadium, it is stated that Lambda house was kicked off campus 3 years previous to the events of the film. However, in the previous film, The Naked Mile, (set only one year before) the Lambda house still exists. The distance between the two films is referenced when the main characters arrive at Beta house.
