Continuity mistake: Look at Giselle's right arm when she falls on Robert after stepping out of the shower. In the initial shot, that arm is on the floor. In the next, she's using that arm to hold her towel in place.

Trivia: Kevin Lima, the director of Enchanted, is also the squeaky voice of Pip in NYC. Paige O'Hara, who is the voice of Belle from Beauty and the Beast, and Danny Mastrogiorgio, who is the voice of Ram #2 in Brother Bear, appear as the couple on TV in the soap opera that Edward and Nathaniel watch on "the magic mirror." Also note that as soon as Edward clicks the remote to the soap's channel we hear a few bars of Beauty and the Beast's theme music. Answer: Obviously, Giselle didn't know. She was shoved into the wishing well by the hag and had no idea what had happened to her. Edward, being familiar with his stepmother's magic, was better prepared.
