Corrected entry: In the scene where Dr. Block is about to inject Dakota Block with the yellow and red syringes, it is evident that there are no needles in the syringes. Watch closely as Dr. Block pulls the protective plastic cover off of the syringes with his teeth and there are no needles on the syringes. (00:39:45 - 00:41:10)

Correction: Since it's very obvious onscreen I always took this as another intentional move to make the film more like the older grindhouse movies.
