Other mistake: In the end credits, the character played by Tina Sloan is listed as "Stationary Saleswoman". The correct spelling of this character should be "Stationery Saleswoman", as she sells stationery. She doesn't sell while standing in one spot.
Plot hole: Brewster gives Erica his gun to shoot the last perp, but it was HER gun that shot the other two. Brewster is going to have to convince investigating officers that the one perp killed the other two...or would they even care?
Detective Mercer: How did you... pull it back together after what happened to you?
Erica: You don't.
Detective Mercer: I'm sorry.
Erica: No, no.
Detective Mercer: Jacked-up question, man.
Erica: It's a fair question. You... you become someone else. A stranger.
Trivia: In one scene, Jodie Foster appears to be wearing a T-shirt with the screenprint of a Death Head Moth on it. This is the same moth associated with the Buffalo Bill character in The Silence of the Lambs.
