Visible crew/equipment: When the shark is attacking Mike in his sub, as he yells, "Jake," it cuts and we see the shark from the side of the sub. Look through the windows of the sub, under the shark, there is a large black tube attached to the shark's stomach. (00:57:05)

Visible crew/equipment: When Michael Caine and Lorraine Gary are at the Islands street party together, the boom microphone is seen top left. Mind you, it's the only highlight of a pretty drab film.
Suggested correction: I have viewed this several times you have mistaken the boom mic for a large round tree branch.
It looks nothing like branch. This is a real boom mic.
